I live in coastal Maryland where the winters aren't too cold. I have 3 of these sweaters and since November have worn them 5-6 days/week. I tend to run cold. These sweaters keep me warm without weight or bulk. Indoors they are comfortable with a silk shirt under. For outdoors, add a scarf and a puffer vest/coat and I'm all set. These sweaters are well cut for my body. I'm a large person and it is nice to find a warm top that doesn't make me look larger. The light heathered colors are especially nice. These sweaters wash well and release stains. I usually take them out of the dryer while they're a bit damp, hang them up and they look perfect once dry. Will probably buy another one while they are on sale.

I always seem to be solidly between medium and large but based on other reviews, got the medium. Washed in cold water and did NOT put it the dryer. Great for wearing over a tee shirt or other light top, which was exactly my intention. The fit on me wouldn't accommodate a heavier shirt (e.g., flannel) underneath but I'd find that combo WAY too warm anyway. Wonderfully soft and love the color (teal) and collar.

For Christmas, my daughter surprised me with this wonderful top. I liked it so much, I ordered another to trade off with on chilly days.

Very warm and I love the purple color. I wear it snowmobiling and skiing under my coat. I like the look...good buy

Great for layering, a bit roomy in the shoulders. A bit stiff before washing, softer after washing. Nice color. I really don't need the llbean advertising on the front.

This is my second sweater fleece. I live in them! No joke. Comfy, cozy and warm. I wear a medium but purchased a large for roominess and layering. Love this so much, I purchased a few as gifts.

Very nice pullover on a cold New England day without too much bulk! Really like it and have gotten several compliments! Might get one in another color!

Normally I wear sweatshirts over turtlenecks in the winter. However when I would walk my dog, even with a heavy coat on, I would still be a little cool when the temperatures dipped. This pullover is perfect. It keeps me warm and comfortable. I liked it so much I bought another one even though I paid full price. It fits well and looks good and has been one of my favorite purchases in a long time.

Love it. It's one of those items you slip on and know it's perfect.

I have this pullover in two different colors I love it so much! It does tend to be tighter around the chest than most items I receive from Bean but it is so warm that I do not need to layer underneath more than a tank top. Highly recommend!

Love this fleece, the feeling is like a warm hug. I did have to exchange my original L for an XL as the fit is a bit snug, and I am always a size L for LLB products.

It just so happened that this pullover (my second one) arrived in the middle of a cold spell. It was very warm and comfortable throughout the cold days. I have the sweater/fleece jackets (four of them) so I'm very happy with them as well. I bought the medium size for the pullover and large for the jackets. I highly recommend them.

I bought this for my wife. She loves it. Very comfortable and warm, however a little too warm (at least for her) to wear inside.

I got my husband the men's version for Christmas 2019 and have worn it almost as often as he has, so I figured I should finally get one of my own. The color is gorgeous and it's very well constructed. The fit is a little large, I assume to accommodate layering, and while I usually need tall sizes, I find LLBean sweaters and fleece offer enough length for me.

It is incredibly warm and wonderful on a cold winter day.

I love this fleece pullover - it is very warm but not too heavy. I have it in two colors. My only slight issue is that one of them is a bit smaller than the other, although both are the same size.

I love nearly everything about this fleece: the color (Faded Eggplant), fit, warmth, comfort, even the pocket! It is so cozy and flattering. It is getting very minor pilling on the front from washing, but other than that, I love it and can't recommend it enough.

I bought it on sale and not sure if I liked it, but after I washed it I loved it because it softened up and very comfortable. I bought another one

I had ordered one of these years ago in an XS and loved it (still do). However, the sleeves run short on this. At 5'4", the XS sleeves hit JUST at my wrists and become too short in any lifting motion. Though I like the XS being a little more slim than the SM, the SM is SO much better in terms of sleeve length and torso length. One of my favorite fall/winter staples and will probably get it in a couple more colors.
