I'm 5'10" and about 290 pounds. I wear a size 20w pants. Normally llbean is too boxy for me and I look odd. This is a great shirt, fits well - sleeves are a little short but they always are. It's warm but also not too warm to be worn over another shirt indoors. I bought a 3x. I've worn it about 8 times and haven't washed it yet. So far highly recommended.

I came into the store in Freeport while vacationing in Maine. I was not looking for this flannel jacket but I have worn it twice a week since purchasing it. I love the look and weight. You can dress it up or down!!

I love this shirt! Soft, warm, zip up. Warm but not heavy weight or bulky. I weigh 165 and I'm 5'4, and got a large. It fits with enough room underneath for a light weight shirt or tank top. I got the red plaid, it's bright and cheerful. I wear it nearly every day since the weather has gotten colder in Ohio. I do a lot of outdoor stuff daily--hiking and dog walking and it's great. I use it as a shirt and a jacket. Highly recommend.

Perfect for changeable Colorado weather, cozy but roomy, delightful plaid colors, and of course Bean quality. There is no downside to this garment.

I layer it over a T-shirt long sleeves. It is so versatile with the zipper and hood. Whether it's hot, cold or rainy you're prepared and the plaid is great with jeans.

This hoodie is warm and the cut is very nice. I went with a smaller size so it would be a bit more fitted and it doesn't disappoint. I haven't had plaid before and the rich colors are very dressy. I've received compliments as this is a stand out garment. I find I reach for it often with jeans and black leggings.

I have several different colors of this shirt myself and I've given them as gifts to family and friends. The flannel is soft and luxurious and the attached hood is a great extra option if it gets windy. I've worn it as a light jacket and as a cozy layer in really cold weather.

I love pairing this particular top with the waffle shirt. I love the casual look to these together as well as the warmth from both tops. I also like the fact that it has a hood and that it zips up the front rather than pulling it over your head

This is a beautiful light weight jacket, soft fabric, great length for shorter women (I am 4'10"). I have worn it already in early autumn in Ohio, over LL Bean pima cotton short and long sleeved tops, in temps between high 30's and low 50's.

Well made, quality garment. This will see tons of wear and still be in excellent condition.

I own two Of these flannel hoodie & fell in love with how cozy & comfortable they are. However . . . they shrink. Order up a size. You won't regret it. I have just washed for the first time, delicate cold cycle & lightly dried. Hanging to finish drying & it shrank an inch overall. I have one more that will eventually need to be cleaned but I am not sure I will. In any event, I love it!

Love this zip hoodie flannel! I am 5'0 150lbs and happy I bought a petite large for a slightly oversized fit instead of a medium because it does shrink a little in the wash. I bought this flannel to match for family photos and wish L.L. Bean made a flannel pet t-shirt so that our westie could match with us!

Love the shirt. I have a larger size that no longer fits, so glad able to purchase same style and color but smaller.

Love this new design and the multicolor plaid is gorgeous. Given it's a zip hoodie I feel like I might wear it more than my standard button down flannels because it's a good layering piece. High quality as always. I did notice after I washed it that it became less smooth but I guess all flannels are a bit lumpy. I'm certainly not going to iron it!

I ordered a size larger than I usually wear so I could layer it over a tee. I'm glad I did. I wanted something to take the chill off in the early hours and this top is surprisingly warm. I'm 5'1" and 138 and ordered a regular medium. The fabric is substantial and nice and soft. Well worth the cost. I love it.
