The hoodie is light weight and true to size. Very comfortable.

Comfortable and warm when you just need a light layer.

Ordered the wrong size and ended up reordering. Great, comfortable, well made layer. I found that if you have salt and pepper hair like me, it might be better to choose a plaid with less contrasting colors and less busyness than some of the others. Some of the very busy plaids are too much with my very busy, multicolored gray hair. LL Bean, please consider more gray haired models, if you're not used to having gray hair, it's really hard to know what going to work without seeing it on someone.

This is great if you want something lightweight and casual but a warm layer. It's so much nicer looking than a hoodie but basically does the same thing.

Love this. Bought one for each granddaughter and then another for myself in the red Prince Charles Edward plaid. Perfect weight and fit. Comfy around the house or out and about.

These are cozy and classic. I love the Scotch patterns. I wear a small in this hoodie, but are usually a medium, in other brands. I have three or four in different colors. The new vintage tartan has a blue pattern in it. Nice and pretty.

It's a jacket but more like a flannel shirt, perfect weight and perfect fit. Nice pattern too. This was another L.L. BEAN win!

I was looking for something plaid and this shirt was it! I love it! It's thicker than regular flannel and warm. Fits perfectly! I have 2 so far!

My second purchase of the flannel hoodie. My husband gave me one last year for my birthday and I like it so much I bought another to give my daughter for a gift. Nice as a shirt or as a hoodie over a t-shirt. Always the best flannel from LLBean.

Long and comfortable. I love the brightness of the plaid.

This hoodie is true to size with 4 pockets-2outside and 2 inside with vibrant colors inside and out. Enough extra room to layer with sweater or turtleneck. Quality is superb with leather zipper grip. Fabric is soft and comfortable. I am 5'5" and 150 lbs. Normal size is size 12, so I chose a Large.

This has quickly become my favorite shirt. The flannel is soft and has so far washed well, though it did shrink a small amount as evidenced by the now slightly wavy zipper. It is incredibly flattering and comfortable and just the right weight for a cooler home in the winter or outside on a fall day in Minnesota. It runs a little big, though. I'm 5'4" and 170 lbs. I usually wear a large but luckily I was able to try this on in store and found the medium fits perfectly, with room for a light long-sleeve underneath.

Pockets inside and outside jacket. Soft cotton. Sturdy zipper.

It's comfortable, stylish, and gets lots of compliments. The petite sizing is good.

I'm very pleased with this item. For me my clothing needs to have functional pockets , and this jacket does. I would have liked it even better if it had a way to secure the pockets. It fits well, is very comfortable & is warm & cozy. It will likely be useful all winter in our central NC climate. I love the black watch pattern & colors, very attractive.

I got two sizes bigger then my normal size because I wanted the sleeves to no shrink up and be too short. All the quality that you love from llbean.

Lightweight but yet warm. Attached hood in case needed. Zipper from top to bottom for ease of using.

Plenty of pockets for everything for walks. Sleeves can be rolled up if weather turns warmer. Love this hoodie so much I have four of them in different plaids and even gave one as a gift to a friend.
