Like this shirt to wear independently or under a vest in colder weather.

I loved the color but it was to wide. I wish it had a drawstring at the bottom that would help a ton. Sadly had to return.

Super warm and comfy. I've had my pullover and full-zip for a couple years. Things to know: the chest label is easily removable with a seam ripper and 5 minutes of patience. Once through the wash and you won't see a trace. I find the sleeves are a bit tight which makes me size up. The fabric does pill a bit after some wear, but it's not a deal-breaker for me because this thing is so warm. Finally, if you place heavy things like keys in the pouch pocket, the lining will slouch and will show. Personally, I just use my pants pocket instead because, again, this fleece is so warm and I love it. Probably gonna get another one.

Disclaimer: I will probably order a small of this pull-over, should I buy another one (and it still exist) the next time, because while I can get myself into it without effort, getting out is a little tricky. HOWEVER, I chose the extra small, and that is not the size I always pick for other brands of tops, AND this purchase was the first time I bought LL Bean clothes before, SO, (slight) lesson learned! That aside, I love that this sweater can be layered over their flannel shirts, another item I purchased in the order. The two together keep one comfortable on chillier spring and, presumably, summer nights. As I bought this a couple of months ago, I have not been able to test it out in the fall and winter. However, I will wager it will do its job just fine so long as the outdoor temperatures stay above the high 50's, with the mid-50's pushing it. This is a great pull-over no thicker than fleece but not over-insulating, so one can, again, layer a flannel or other top underneath. The stitching and overall appearance of the sweater is top-notch. I love the color I chose (red) and the front fanny-pack-like pocket also. Thanks, LL Bean! :-)

I got this pullover in Spruce and the color is just gorgeous! This is the first sweater fleece I've bought and usually get XL but Spruce wasn't available in that size so I went with the 1X and it is essentially the same. Our area experienced an ice storm and a tree in front of my house had a lot of damage so I wore this pullover exclusively when cleaning up the big mess. I don't recall doing it, but I must have rubbed against the front of the pullover because the pouch area really pilled, something I would never have thought would happen. I love the top so had to very carefully trim the pills away to make it presentable. I do love it for chilly walks--the pouch is great for carrying my phone, house key and tissues. Overall, I would buy it again but be careful what I do while wearing.

I love the quality of this sweater! And it is warm enough to wear alone on 30-40F temp. It is a loose fit for me though, that's the only reason why I would give only 4 stars. I wish there was a petite xxs.

Overall a great sweater fleece. Glad I ordered the large. It's good looking, comfortable and functional. Wish the snap placket had been a bit longer for an easier on off, as well as the Kangaroo pocket had been tacked down since the it tends to peek out below the hem when in use.

Liked this fleece, but it would be even better if the neck placket was longer. As is, the neck opening is too tight for easy on and off.

Bought this for cold days when I'm knocking around the house. I have two of the L.L. Bean fleece-lined flannel shirts, and I wear those when I truly don't need to leave the house, but they're fairly baggy on me -- not flattering, and not really presentable for being out, even for walking the dog. This sweater fleece pullover is as warm as the fleece-lined flannel -- there were a few moments when it felt a little TOO warm indoors -- and it has a more tailored fit. (It probably helps that it comes in a petite, which the fleece-lined flannel doesn't.) I would feel good about wearing this out on errands or to any casual destination. The collar is a bit stiff, but I'm hoping it'll relax after a few washings. Likewise, for pure comfort, so far the flannel-lined fleeces still reign, but maybe after more washings and wearings, this pullover will get comfier.

Love this sweater, but it is a little on the smaller side for LL Bean stuff. I can always wear a small to medium very comfortably with LL Bean... this sweater was a little on the small size.

Nice color & material, does not show pet hair like fleece. The pouch is good for warming your hands, but the neck could be more open and the overall sweater longer. Attached is my previous sweater with the beautiful pattern and colors I love; my husband bought the same for men, different colors. We are long time Bean customers and wish they would bring back beautiful colors like red, royal blue, turquoise. The new fleece jackets in men size are too fitted, colors too drab. I am only 5'6" but have to buy men's jackets in L because they are longer.

Very pleased with this (on sale) sweater fleece. It's quite comfortable and roomy enough for layering. Like the "pouch" pocket. Not crazy about the collar, a bit annoying - wish it was a little softer. Also, chronic complaint, wish the logo did not have to be so prominent. How about on the wrist area or the hip area. However, at the sale price it was a no-brainer

Nicely made. Gave a 4 out of 5. Fleece ran a little small. Can still wear it by itself.

Very nice jacket. Made well, but fits a bit snugly with a turtleneck under it.

My mistake. I thought I was ordering a sweater style fleece top but the item is a knit sweater lined with fleece. It's a nice top but not what I intended to buy. Even as an easily chilled person, the sweater is too warm for me and doesn't drape as loosely as I'd like (I am busty) due to the double fabric.

Loved the item, however would be nice to have darker trim, tan, light brown, etc over the sleeves, etc. would make it much more practical for us customers with young children and busy, messy lives.

Nice sweater. It is true to size and I might have preferred a medium so I could wear a light sweater under it.

The Medium sweater fleece fit well - good in the shoulders, trim but not tight in the body, with room for a layer underneath. The quality of the fabric and workmanship is excellent (per Bean standards). But the band at the bottom of the sweater was too tight on my hips (I have a slightly pear shape), causing the top to stick on my hips and pouf out. Not flattering since the fabric is too heavy to drape over the band. Sadly, I have to return this top.

Love these sweater fleeces for my New England winters and the colors are great. I have two of the zip-ups in Large so, of course, I bought the snap-up in large as well. It fits and is not tight but would be if I put a heavyweight layer under it.

I had bought the Quilted Quarter Sleeve Zip-up and LOVE it. Since I already have it in several colors, I was looking for something different, but with a similar style. I bought the small because I wanted it to have a fitted look. I'm happy with it, with the exception of the binding at the hem. It stretches over my hips and is a little tight. I contemplated ordering up a size, but I know that will be bigger than I'd like in the body and shoulders. If not for the binding at the hem, I would love it.

Got it as a gift in 'Evening Blue'. Fits true to size, beautiful color. Great for layering and comfortable. I wish it was a little longer, but it is long enough to comfortably wear. Definitely recommend!

I'd been eyeing this fleece for quite awhile but had to convince myself to spend the money. I don't typically pay so much for clothes, but decided it seemed like a product I'd have for many years. Slightly thinner than I expected but keeps me warm on cool days. I've received many compliments on the teal color.

Overall I love this!! Purchased in grey and it is very soft and comfortable. Great weight for fall days with a t-shirt. Love that it had snaps because my daughter has a zipper phobia (really). I have washed it twice and so far so good. I'll probably get it in another color. The only drawback is that even in a medium the sleeves are too short. I end up pushing them up to 3/4 length because they fall well short of my wrist.

Good quality and looks great. Heavy fabric and warm. However, I got a large and while it fit, I think I would've felt more comfortable in an XL. Not sure if it's the sizing or the quarantine 15.
