It is incredibly warm and wonderful on a cold winter day.

I love this fleece pullover - it is very warm but not too heavy. I have it in two colors. My only slight issue is that one of them is a bit smaller than the other, although both are the same size.

I love nearly everything about this fleece: the color (Faded Eggplant), fit, warmth, comfort, even the pocket! It is so cozy and flattering. It is getting very minor pilling on the front from washing, but other than that, I love it and can't recommend it enough.

I bought it on sale and not sure if I liked it, but after I washed it I loved it because it softened up and very comfortable. I bought another one

I had ordered one of these years ago in an XS and loved it (still do). However, the sleeves run short on this. At 5'4", the XS sleeves hit JUST at my wrists and become too short in any lifting motion. Though I like the XS being a little more slim than the SM, the SM is SO much better in terms of sleeve length and torso length. One of my favorite fall/winter staples and will probably get it in a couple more colors.

This is a beautiful sweater with a warm fleece lining. It drapes softly and is not heavy or bulky. The stand collar does not work with my hair length so I fold the collar down. It lays perfectly flat. I just ordered another one........ I have been an L.L.Bean customer for literally decades. The quality of their clothing can't be beat.

Very comfortable top. A new favorite!

Kangaroo pockets aside, this fleece is my favorite LL Bean fleece. Warm! It will be great layering under my winter jacket, when the weather drops down to sub zero temperatures. I'm pleased with the color of the Faded Eggplant (color on the site is a solid representation of how it looks in person) and would love to order in another. True to size with plenty of room to layer underneath if necessary.

This is my first sweater fleece pullover but won't be my last! I generally wear petite small in L.L. Bean clothes but I like my outerwear and sweaters to be roomy and since this is more fitted I ordered medium petite. It definitely is roomy but the shoulders fit where they should so it doesn't look grossly oversized. I got the red color and it is gorgeous! I work at a school with red being one of the school colors so this will be perfect for football games. Even better was I got it on sale! Now I'll be looking at another color when they go on sale again. This pullover is warm but not overly so. I wore it over a long sleeve tee with a puffer vest over and took the dog for a walk in 30 degrees and was plenty warm enough. I have a drafty family room and am very comfortable wearing it in the house as well. I'd wear this thing every day if I could!

This fits great and is nice and warm. I like the color a lot!

Purchased a petite medium for my wife of 50 plus years and she loves the fit and soft feel. She wears it for every day activities and as a warm up before playing tennis.

I gave this to my daughter-in-law for Christmas....and it was just the right size. She wore it the rest of the day...So I knew I had made the right choice!

Heavy fleece, great fit and workmanship.

Really like the look of this! It's stylish but very comfortable to wear. Warm but not too warm for chilly fall or winter days. I wish the collar would lay down when unbuttoned. It tends to be stiff and wants to remain upright. It's very form fitting for me in the large and I like a looser fit so will order an XL-regular next time I order this shirt. I have muscular shoulders and upper arms and am about a 40" bustline. It fits but is snug on me!

My 17-year old grandson has one of these pullovers and said he loved it, and so I thought I'd try one myself. It is one of the coziest tops I've ever owned. So soft and comfortable. And the kangaroo pocket is great, too. (I wish more tops had them.) Style is cool, too. (Note: Funny that a 17-year old boy and a 73-year old woman both love the same article of clothing! Maybe your marketers could do something with that!)

I absolutely love these sweater fleeces. I have 4 now. This latest is a cranberry heather, and I feel pretty in it for the holidays. It's just the right warmth for Salinas winters with a windbreaker on top.

Terrific choice for fit, color, and quality!

I already bought a second one after wearing for a few weeks. It is true to size chart with a relaxed/loose fit. If you fluctuate between sizes, go with the smaller size unless you want it very loose. Very convenient to throw on and I've stayed warm in freezing windy weather. Please offer more colors like the mens eucalyptus, hunter green and burgandy in womens. More traditional fall/winter colors would be nice.

I am usually in between a Women's Regular and Petite in tops and sweaters, it depends on the item. Usually sweaters and fleece are too long in the body and arms in a Regular. I bought both the Regular in a Medium and a Large in a Petite to try them out and see which fit best. I went with the Petite because the overall body length sat at the top of my legs whereas the Regular went too far below the top of my legs. The Petite arm length seems a tiny bit too short, maybe 1/2" longer would be great, but doable. I sit at a desk all day, the Petite works well in the arms for that, I don't have to keep pushing up my sleeves to work on the computer. I'm online with my students most of the day, I needed something warm to sit all day that looked more business casual. This is the first time I tried a "sweater fleece" and I really like the look of a sweater, ease of a fleece with washability and pop in the dryer. It fits like a sweater should, not too roomy, does not cling like some fleece can. It's warm!!

Beautiful color. Similar to another I had ordered and kept - just a little too big. Rather not exchange, but wait for another style of shirt want. The quality was great.

Due to my body shape - hips much larger than chest - I had to order the XL. As a result, the sweater is a bit large at the bustline, but since I wear the sweater basically around the house, that really isn't an issue for me. The fleece inside is not bulky, yet keeps me very warm in freezing temps.
