I bought this for my husband for Christmas. The jacket is so nice. Very well made. The jacket appears to be very comfortable and has a very nice weight to it. I would highly recommend.

I buy a lot of outdoor clothing and have always loved LLBean for the tall size t-shirts. I got this in a Large-Tall and it fits perfectly. It's been very cold here in Sacramento this month and I've been wearing a long sleeve base layer with my EMS Feather down jacket to stay warm. This sweater keeps me just as warm as an 850 fill down jacket except for at my wrists. I kinda wish it had thumb holes cause that would solve that issue as the sleeves are plenty long on the tall size at least. This jacket is great because it also covers your neck on a way you don't have to keep re-adjusting it to stay warm. I'd trust this as my outer jacket all the way down to the mid-40's and be comfy. It's substantial but not to heavy. Reminds me of a nice Moroni Wool but it's not. Being synthetic fabric it will also retain heat when damp which is a plus. I'd recommend this to anyone. It's going to look sharp on anyone from 15 years old to 95 years old. Timeless and the quality is above and beyond 95% of other clothing makers.

I bought 3 of these as Christmas gifts to me and my two brothers. I buy a lot of shirts and tees from LL Bean so Iwas hoping the sizing was going to be similar for this coat. They all 3 fit us very well, and we are all very pleased with my Christmas gifts. Perfect jacket for our California "Cold Winters", very comfortable fit and warm. We are all tall men 6'1" - 6'4" so I bought XLT and 2XLT and it works well..

I LOVE this jacket!! So much so that I had to buy a second one, even tho my first is still fully functional. I wear this jacket all the time, from early Fall all the way into early Winter in Western Pennsylvania. It's fine with a sweatshirt underneath into the 40 deg F temps, and even into the 30s if you'll be outside just briefly. Why I love it - the fit is great. Even though I think they say it is slightly fitted, it still fits me well, unlike other LL Bean garments with that description. It's roomy, well-constructed, warm, and super super comfortable. I love the high collar - great for keeping out cold air drafts. I also enjoy the two large inside pockets, and the outer slash pockets (zippered) - two for the hands, and one on the upper chest area. The jacket keeps out wind pretty well, and it looks great. The comfort is probably the best aspect of it though. It's one of my all-time favorite jackets. I think it's mostly true-to-size as well. It's possible that it may run very slightly large, but I'd recommend ordering your normal size. That's what I did.

The tall is extra long. My husband loves it tho! Looks sharp and quality worthy.

My father-in-law likes a full zipper sweater that keeps him plenty warm, and this fit the bill!

Great fleece jacket, second one for my husband and I also purchased the vest. My husband is ,6'4 and 200lbs and the large tall is a perfect fit.

Sleeve length is a bit longer than what I'd consider normal for it's size, but I like the color and quality. I'm happy with the purchase.
