I bought a man's large and tall plaid flannel shirt for myself - a lady - and I simply LOVE this shirt.

These flannel shirts are my default shirt in the winter. I currently have seven of them, and have worn them since high school (I am 69 years old).

Great flannel shirts! I order one for myself and brother every year for Christmas. I've been wearing these Scotch plaid shirts for years and they wear well. I am trying to acquire the whole collection. My only complaint is that I wish LL Bean would print/stitch the tartan names on the shirt tag somewhere. I have several but I can't remember what all the different tartans are. I have Scottish ancestry and am a bit of a tartan geek. You won't be disappointed if you order one!

This brushed flannel is perfect for the upcoming cool and cold seasons. The sizing allows for layering and the colors in the plaid allow for many of the underlayer options available from Bean also. Winner!

This is a wonderful flannel that is soft and shrink resistant. I've had other flannels from inexpensive companies and one premium brand that shrank and became stiff and scratchy after a few washings. These from LL Bean remain soft and true to size after several years of wearing and washing. I love the patterns, although I must note that the claim to be Scottish tartans is a stretch. While some are, others are made up. The recent price drop makes them even more attractive.

Another solid flannel shirt to last a decade or more. Very high quality; feels good in the hand. Added a monogram to shirt sleeve; perfect placement and alignment. Fits great tucked or out.
