I bought this shirt for my son for Christmas. After he opened the package he immediately tried it on and was pleased with the softness of the material and fit. I was so happy I had chosen to purchase this from LLBean! I may duplicate it come next Christmas for him.

This is a very well made shirt. The fit is good and it is comfortable. Perfect for a chilly day.

30-40 years ago, I was reading a fishing/hunting magazine that had a story about a man who received a present of a L.L. Bean Flannel shirt and did not like the colors and put it away for 20 years. He then decided to ask for a exchange. Bean replaced the shirt with no questions asked. I never forgot that story and few years later, I called Bean and asked to get the catalog sent to my house. I have been buying from bean ever since. I buy most of my dress and casual shirts form bean. I have polo shirts that can no go into a bar and drink as they are over 21 years old. They look perfect. in particular I love the flannel and polo shirts. Thank you L.L. Bean for being a great partner.

Well-made, best wearing flannel I have worn in a long tome. Excellent construction, fine tailoring and true to size. Overall comfortable, good looking shirt.

I have scotch plaid 30 years go a new one for Christmas

Soft and substantial fabric. Especially like the brighter colorblue and creammore cheerful than the purely earth tones that dominate the selection from some other retailers.

As a buyer of Bean products for over 40 years, this is not my first Bean flannel shirt; I am specifically drawn to true Scot's Tartans. As I have worn these previous shirts over many years, I have found their quality and wear-ability to be excellent (this same high quality extends to many other Bean products I have owned). I am starting to wear my older shirts beyond their normal life and I needed just one more Tartan, so I gave myself a Christmas present.

My son in law loved this shirt. It was very soft and looked really nice on him straight out of the package.

Christmas isn't complete without these great Scotch Plaid Flannel Shirts. All the men in my family love these. The authentic plaids are truly beautiful. These shirts launder well and literally last for years. One of my favorite gifts that's guaranteed to bring a smile and a hug.

Beautiful shirt - very soft and true to the description

Every bit as good as the other L.L. Bean flannel shirts I've bought over the years. In fact, all the L.L. Bean products I've bought, from fly rods to khaki pants to sweaters to Oxford cloth dress shirts that I've worn to the office, have always been of excellent quality.

My husband gets compliments on this wonderful shirt. It's warm, soft and has a certain thickness to it. Bravo for selling such a shirt! I hope to order another in a different color soon.

Have several of this style and always look forward to the cooler weather when I can wear them again. This was a new plaid pattern and was true to the picture and description. Wonderful!

You can NEVER go wrong with LL Bean flannel shirts (whether it be for men or women). They last for years and years.

I own several in various colors. Even have 'pants' in the same pattern. My wife calls it my flannel suit.
