Your sizes seem to run big. Maybe note that in the descriptions. It caused me to re-order a shirt, which Means the shipping will not be refunded. I was fortunate enough to order this when you were running a promo on free shipping.

Shirt fit to size and material nice, but one of the front buttons was hardly sewn on. How did that pass inspection? I have to sew it securely back in place.

These shirts always look great. And they hold up for years. This year, we bought the blue plaid, and indeed, it is beautiful. However, the arms seem a bit longer than usual. After washing it in hot water, the sleeves did shrink back so that they are acceptable, but just a bit longer than the others we own.

Loved the scotch plaid flannel shirt. All Bean products fit me perfectly. Soft and fun to wear.

Purchased as a gift. Sizing was based on the measurements used for sizing chart for this item. It was much too large and had to be returned.

I ordered too large. Returning for next size down.

This shirt replaces a similar one whose collar has worn out. The new shirt seems to have more substantial material. The colors are brighter than the one it replaces, even when that one was new. The only downers are that the new one has a button down collar (which I will never use), and the red is more orange than I could wish. It has just gone through its first wash cycle, and will be worn Christmas day for the first time.

Nice quality as usual but disappointing. The size is about 10% larger than what I'm used to in a L, and the color is noticeably darker than what's shown in the catalog, I'm hoping that after some washing it will shrink and fade.

Quality is good. Shirt is as described. comfortable, medium weight, and sizing is correct. The only complaint that I have is that the colors substantially darker than the shirt appears on a computer monitor. I bought another of these shirts, and the colors on that one were substantially darker than they appeared on a computer monitor.

The colors are good. It is just the size of a 2 XL.

When I order plaid flannel shirts from LL Bean, they always arrive in a much darker, duller color than my monitor had shown. I like the monitor colors much better. Wish LLBean would sell the colors they used to...much nicer to put on a cherry shirt in the dreary winter months.

The shirt is not as heavy as I would have expected.

Shirt fit well, but was too long for 6'2" son. Really liked the RobRoy pattern. Exchanged for a mens large.

Fannel shirts are excellent quality flannel. My husband has several that are close to 10 years old, warm, cozy and wear like iron.

I've worn this twice it's very comfortable and warm. It's slightly big do hopefully it will shrink a bit. It should be good for the upcoming winter.

We noticed that LLBean is making their regular size shirt much longer than they used to be. My husband likes to wear his flannel and casal shirts out, and the last two we ordered were way longer than we really like. We kept the shirts because the fabric and style is good but wish the company would return their sizing to what they offered in the past.

Extremely comfortable. Could use another button. Could use a larger pocket.

My Scotch Plaid is excellent with one exception - the fabric started pilling in the second year. The Indigo Tartan color is awesome. The fit and craftsmanship were excellent. The medium weight of the fabric is very nice and exactly as described. But the pilling after wearing for a while is not attractive.

Light weight flannel is very comfortable. Nice cut and style. Only drawback is very slight shrinkage in the dryer.

Nice shirt. Not as heavy As some flannel shirts that I've purchased in the past. The sleeves of the Large size I bought run slightly longer. Maybe they shrink down a bit after a couple washings.

I have been purchasing items from L.L Bean for years and have never had a complaint for any items i have purchased
