Gave these to my husband last year. He liked them so much, as did I, that I ordered some for me this year in a small size. Soft, warm and easy care. Wish there were even more plaids to choose from.

Soft as a Scottish lamb, warm as Scotch whiskey. The shirt fit my "larger American" frame the first time without jumping a size up. It would make a Scot (or a Canadian lumberjack) proud to wear it.

I ordered this shirt for my husband and he just loves it. He says it is so soft & warm. I like all the LL Bean shirts because they launder so well. He hasn't had a chance to wear it much yet because we live in FL but I know when it says" LL Bean" it is top quality.

I own 10 of them now and love them. They are comfortable and durable. Would not buy another brand

I am a female but regularly shop the MEN's section & I have purchased several of these wonderful flannel shirts over the years...like at least for 20 years...that's true appreciation. And you don't have to be a Scot (like me) to appreciate the traditional plaids. Yes, indeed, soft, cozy & durable. I might also say "unsurpassable". Buy one & you'll want more.

The workmanship in flannel shirts would even meet my mom's incredibly high standards. Plaid pattern lines up....even with the pocket. Size is true. My dad is pleased.

If you want a selection of quality scotch plaid cotton flannel shirts, these are hard to beat. I have had several over the years and wear them once the weather turns chilly. Like all cotton flannel shirts, whisker rub will eventually do in the collar in about a year of steady wear. Fit is good and sleeves long enough unlike less expensive flannel shirts.

Everyone enjoys the shirts for both looks and comfort, 13 year old son, 16 year old daughter, 19 year old son and mom and dad. Thanks

This shirt is so attractive it could be worn just about anywhere - well, maybe not church but most other places.

I had one of these in the 90s when grunge was cool, and with all good trends, it has come back around again. The womens' shirts are not only not as substantial a flannel, but the tilted-plaid of the pockets is off-putting. So I bought a mens' Small shirt (I'm a womens' Small to Medium depending on the brand) and it's roomy but not overly so. The flannel is thick without being bulky, and the colors are rich.

Beautiful soft shirt, but runs very large. My husband buys M or L depending on the size of item. I ordered a M for him, and it was huge. I was afraid to order a S because I thought it might be too large as well. He hasn't worn a S for 40 years. I reluctantly returned it.

Really love this shirt. Looks good, Feels Great, Holds up in the wash, doesn't shrink. One of my favorites!

I love this shirt! I'd been looking for Black Watch for myself (nothing out there for women) so I ordered the small and will wear it like a jacket over a LLBean (of course!) turtleneck and jeans. Perfect weekend wear! I washed it in cold water and put it in the dryer - made it even softer.

I would love to tell you how much I like this shirt, but it was hijacked by my wife before I ever pulled it out of the plastic bag. She tells me it is very soft. I wouldn't know. But I can say that it is very nice looking and gives her a sort of northeastern glow.

The fabric is the best I've ever seen for cotton flannel.

This is my second Scotch Plaid flannel shirt. The flannel is soft and warm but still light enough to drape well. There is very minimal shrinkage in either width or length. These shirts are the perfect weight to wear alone for the cool days of fall or to layer with a turtle neck when it gets colder.

I bought this shirt for my husband and he loves it...its not a heavy flannel, since we live in the south. Just plain comfy and very attractive. He had the very same shirt about 25 years ago and when if finally became totally worn out and then I used it for dusting. I had forgotten how nice this shirt is, so, when I saw it on line, I knew he had to have another one. Maybe this one will last a decade or more too. Is sure is soft and comfy.

About thirty years ago I bought this same shirt in an XXL. Then I lost a lot of weight. The old shirt was way too big. I needed a small and I looked everywhere but was unable to find one until now. I hope I can last another thirty years because I know this shirt will. I love this shirt. My husband now wears the old XXL one.

I've purchased this plaid shirt in the past and they wash beautifully and come out of the dryer ready to wear - no wrinkles! My husband loves the softness of the fabric besides providing warmth for our New England weather.

Good fit and extremely comfortable. Holds shape and color in wash. Probably the best flannel shirt that I have ever purchased.

I love this plaid which looks great with jeans or chinos. It is soft and looks terrific on. I have only laundered it once since purchase because it just turned chilly. It is not a heavy flannel but, a generous weight, not bulky. Ordered another in red from this group.

This is my third shirt like this and I love it. It fits great and is perfect for the fall weather.
