My husband loves this shirt. I just ordered him another one for xmas.

The color is beautiful,flannel is very soft and comfortable. Came out of the dryer ready to wear,no ironing.

It looks surprisngly refined for a flannel shirt.

I have been shopping at LL Bean for years. I am still wearing some of my purchases from 25 years ago! What I particularly like about the flannel shirt I just bought for my husband besides its quality is that I can count on the size being consistently the same. I learned my lesson after buying a flannel shirt at a nearby department store. After we got it home, my husband tried it on and it was snug. After one washing in cold water, it turned into a size small. The shirt was more money than Bean's! I will not stray again - that's a promise!

Nice shirt for general purposes and knocking around doing weekend chores. I wear the LL Bean henley underneath for layering and the look is nice too.

I have purchased several of these shirts over the years in different colors. They are the best flannel shirt that I have ever ordered for my husband. He has a large forearm and needs more room than the average shirt gives. These shirts have plenty of room in the sleeves. I hope that they keep making this shirt and keep the colors coming.

When my flannel shirt arrived, I was very impressed with the shirt. Especially the quality, so soft and warm to the touch. When I wore it in class, everyone looked my way, a lot of students were amazed that my shirt was clean and nice. Most of the students had to feel my shirt, and asked where i brought the item. This shirt looked very good in the catalog -- this is the blue one, I've forgotten the name -- and the reality confirms it: after wearing it only three times, I've gotten a very positive comment on the color combination each time and, in one case, on the soft feel of the flannel. I'm thinking of placing another order soon.

I love LL Bean's Men Flannel Shirts. Growing up near Freeport everyone I knew had a collection of these, thrift stores handed them down as did the outlet store and families to friends and so forth. I've been without for many years and suddenly realized it's been a few years since I've owned any flannel. I'm not sure what happened down here in Texas ~ it does get cold! So I went online and saw tons in the very expensive category...then I remembered the authentic flannel, and the coziness of falling into a larger size and relaxing around the home in one...So LL Beans to the rescue. So happy I bought two men's smalls. I am a small to medium in woman's sizing and so this is the perfect oversized fit for lounging post yoga...etc. Love them.

I was very pleased with the Scotch Plaid Flannel shirt. The colors are very rich....and the texture is nice and soft..a very comfortable shirt. What I like about the LL Bean Men's flannel shirts are that they wash up like a dream. My husbnad and father have shirts that they have had for years and they still look brand new!!

Wonderful shirt in every way. The fabrick feels like silk and my husband loves them. They launder beautifully on the gentle cycle. And needed NO pressing. I am hoping to order 2 more as soon as I can. I only wish he wore a bigger size so I could "swipe" them from him occasionally.Is there such a thing as this shirt in the woman plus sizes by any chance?

This shirt is good looking and warm. The plaid fabric is of high quality and the colors are true -- the shirt looks like its picture in the catalog. It is a comfortable fit -- not too tight or too generous. I wear it as a casual, around-the-house shirt, yet also as a dressy shirt for dinner out. It has rapidly become a favorite!

I've been buying these Flannel shirts for years from L.L. Bean. Love them. They are thick, durable and wear well.

Did not shrink when washed, came out nice and soft. It was a gift, very happy with this shirt.

I bought several of these for my bf last year for Christmas, along with the athletic crew sweatshirt. I bought sz. large based on what he had in his closet. He's 5'7 and 155 lbs. They were HUGE on him, so I regretfully had to send them back. Unfortunately, by that time, they were all sold out of mediums. As soon as I saw them available this year, I bought several more. He LOVED them! He works construction all through MI winters. When I inquired the following day why he didn't wear his new stuff, he said "Sweety, they're too nice! I don't want to ruin them!". He's since worn them and as is totally pleased with the fit, softness, and warmth they provide. Thank you LLBean, for such a great product!

I purchased the Plaid Flannel in red a few weeks ago and liked it so much I ordered a second one in another color. They arrive soft, thick and very well made. Will likely be ordering 1 or 2 more as spares, just in case.

Lived close to LL Bean in Maine for many years but now live in Florida. It is almost impossible to find flannel shirts here for the few short cold spells we have in this state. Nobody can match the quality, the fit and the durability of LL Bean clothing. Thought we would try the shipping process and am happy with the service and very happy with the shirt.

We always shop at Bean's whether it's on-line or in Freeport when we're in Maine. I gave this plaid flannel shirt to my husband for his birthday Nov.4th. He looks SO much like his Dad!
