I have been getting one or two of these LL Bean flannel shirts for Christmas for a long time. This fall, I figured, "Why wait?" I bought two for myself and I will still put them on my Christmas wishlist. I love these shirts. They are soft enough and thick enough without feeling heavy. The quality, of course, is five stars.

Wonderfully soft, perfect XL size and the plaids mostly match at the seams.

Our youngest son came to me about getting these shirts for him - I was a lil' hesitant at first but he proved me wrong! These are wonderful shirts - not a heavy flannel. They are so soft even after washing them. They don't lose there shape at all and will keep our son nice and warm this winter.

I picked up two these while ordering some jeans. The fit perfect out of the bag. I have washed them a few times since. I thought they might lose their shape or shrink. Niether happened. I like these shirts a lot, they are warm and soft.

This was exactly what I was looking for. A well made long sleeve shirt. It is warm, comfortable, and fits well. I recommend this to anyone that likes quality.

These shirts are toasty and fit me well. I order a small men's size and I'm a 5'6" woman. I like the colors of the mens shirts better than the womens.

I have never bought anything from LL Bean before, so when I pulled this shirt out of the packaging I was very pleased with the quality: excellent seams, durable stitching. If there are any ladies out there who buy men's shirts because they like the menswear look, you will not be disappointed here! This shirt looks great worn baggy and belted over a V-neck.

I actually bought this shirt for myself after reading reviews on the women's flannel shirts being too stiff and no longer made of soft material. So this one turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Keep in mind I was not looking for fashion, just comfort and durability. I use it for horseback riding and out at the barn. But I love it for that purpose!

Fabric soft. Comfortable. Good fit. Colors vibrant. Could find cheaper shirts but not as nice as these are. LLBean stands behind their products. I expect them to last .

This shirt is cozy comfort waiting on a hanger...best reason to get up on a chilly morning!

I grew up with an LL Bean flannel shirt, much like this one. After 15 years, I decided it was time to replace it. I just love these shirts. It's a shirt to live in, for sure. As always, order smaller than you might usually. I have learned my lesson and ordered a small, even though according to the size chart, with my 38" chest measurement, it seems I should be a medium. I'm 5'7", and 155 lbs., if that gives you any idea.

This is a really nice shirt, with liberal sizing that doesn't shrink, deep colors that don't fade and quality that is second to none!

This is the 3rd LL Bean flannel shirt that I purchased for my boyfriend. They are of fine quality, fit well, the colors are vibrant and most importantly wash and dry without shrinking or fading.

I bought this for my father and he loves it. It is warm and soft and has washed and worn well without shrinking. He tells everyone who made the shirt. He is a great marketing aid for you!

I am very happy with the Scotch Plaid Flannel shirt. The shirt comfortably fits the shoulders and has room to provide for the extra few pounds that you may have put on during the holidays. Yet, it does not look bulky or baggy. I never feel constrained while wearing this shirt. It washes well, and if you iron the shirt it looks very crisp.

Bought this for my grandson who is at college.....he loved it.....the material was so much nicer then the flannel in the stores......thanks LLBean for your quality control............

This shirt was everything I expected and more. The fit is perfect, the shirt is great looking and extremely comfortable to wear and cuts the chill. I cannot say enough about this shirt.

About every 3, or 4, years I order a new set of 3 Bean's Scotch Plaid Shirts. They last for 3 to 4 winters, worn every day. I have never found a better cold weather shirt at any price anywhere. The shirts are attractive and very warm.

Sizing is perfect, comfortable. Good color. I would buy more.

We have been buying this flannel shirt for my husband for years. We don't replace them often as they hold their color and look good for several years--and they get lots of use! We love the new colors we found this year. These shirts continue to be a winter favorite of my husband's.

This is the second shirt I have bought for my husband. He likes them because they are good for layering and do not add bulk.

I always find exactly what I want at LL Bean. I like the colours and the weight of the shirt - not too heavy. Just right for wearing indoors as well as under a jacket or coat outdoors. Good value and excellent quality as usual.
