These flannel shirts are true to size and my sons love the colors and the plush feel of the flannel. They last a good many years, too and through lots of washings.

This is a great flannel. Fabric and stitching are high quality. This is my new go to when I want a comfortable shirt. This shirt is everything I expect from LL Bean quality. Only complaint is that the sizing runs big. I am usually a 2XL but had to return that size when it arrived. It was very big. The XL fit me like a charm.

I received two of these as Christmas gifts and I love them. The flannel is very soft on both sides and the colors are very nice with a very roomy full cut without being baggy. Also, after they are washed, they do not wrinkle up as some flannel does so you don't need to iron them....they look great right out of the dryer. As flannel does shrink up if washed in warm water, I would recommend only washing in cold water. Will be buying another color. One I have is the Kilgour color and the red is not as bright as it appears in the LL Bean photo...is a more subdued darker red and looks very nice.

I bought the gray and red for my husband. It fit well generous cut soft and a nice shirt.

I bought 2 of these flannel shirts in different color patterns. The fabric is very nice, thick and soft after 1st washing. The generous sleeve and shirt length fit my 6'3" husband nicely. My only gripe is that the sizing was inconsistent in the sleeve and shirt length. One shirt had longer sleeves and torso than the other shirt before washing. I will wash and dry with care to avoid shrinking the one shirt.

Gave this to my husband for Christmas. He really liked the fabric. I am hopeing the color stays true to color just as other items I have purchased. Other items I have purchased have stayed true to color without fading. Thank you L.L. Bean

I have ordered many of these shirts over the years for my husband and swear by them. It's the only flannel shirt to buy, bar none. They last forever and launder perfectly.

I've been wearing these flannel shirts for years and I'm now ordering another. They are both warm and durable. I'm a metal detectorist and spend a lot of time outdoors, even in the cold weather. Layer up with one of these and I'm quite comfortable. Add in a pair of Bean's flannel lined jeans and a pair of Storm Chasers and I'm downright toasty, even after hours outdoors in temperatures around freezing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I liked the first one so much I bought another one a couple of weeks later ( but a different plaid). Soft warm and colorful. Exactly what I was looking for in flannel.

The shirt is soft flannel which fit well. Have gotten compliments on wearing them. Warm and coupled with another layer they should be perfect for this winter weather here in Michigan. Nice purchase.

Good flannel, good workmanship, some of the plaids are very nice looking, very good price. I got 3 of these in various colors and wear them all winter.

I bought this shirt as a gift for my son because it is the tartan of one of our ancestral clans. When it arrived I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that it is even better looking in person than in the catalog. It is very heavy flannel with dark, rich colors. I would bill it as a "dress" flannel. It is also well made and should last for years.

I have ordered these shirts before and yes you can pay less for a fannel shirt but llbeans are the BEST so soft no pilling wash after wash they just get better I received and given these shirts and you can not go wrong with llbean Oh the colors are beautiful

I love these shirts! I only wish flannel would stay as soft as it is when it first arrives. Repeated washing does seem to wear on the incredible feel of these shirts.

The LLBean flannel shirts are the best. Always fit nicely and have a variety of colors and prints. They are my husbands favorite flannel shirt of which, he has many from LLBean. It's always nice to purchase a gift for someone where it fits perfectly and is a welcomed gift, time after time. Definately recommend to anyone who's looking for satisfaction and comfort.

I purchased two of these shirts, one for my husband one for my son-in-law. They are well-made, colors are just as shown online. Warm comfy, just what I was looking for. I will continue buying these shirts in the future.

My wife and I have been buying clothing, etc. from L.L. Bean for many years. Each product has been superior in every way. This shirt is no exception. It fits perfectly, no small achievement given my old, lumpy body. It shows that a great deal of care was taken with the manufacture, such as meticulous stitching in all the seams and pattern-matching at the pocket and other areas. I expect, and will doubtless get, many years of service from this shirt. Nothing out of the ordinary for L.L. Bean but a huge contrast to all the shoddy merchandise one encounters at every turn.

I have been wearing these shirts for over 20 years. I just purchased a new one this month and the flannel is the warmest and softest ever! This is an product you can rely on to be great and last a very long time.

Fits a little big, but is a soft warm true flannel shirt. I love this shirt I would recommend this shirt if you are looking for a true flannel shirt. You will not be disappointed!
