Bought this for my husband and son - both of them are loving the shirts. They are true to the sizes, well made, soft and comfortable.

I usually get a large shirt but this brand was extras large so I sent them back and got the medium which fit super. Very nice quality. Get 1 size smaller than you are used to.

LL Bean flannels are our winter "go-to" for comfort and warmth. They layer well over t-shirts, a woolen "smart wool" shirt, or a thinner shirt for extra warmth. As we thin out the closet and pare down our possessions, the LL Bean flannels stay in the closet, in the loop, until they are worn out! Thanks, Bean, for the consistency in these shirts!

The quality of this flannel plaid shirt is tops. The regular style was, for my body, a little long and baggy. Took a chance and washed/dried it, and it now fits perfectly.

These are wonderful flannel shirts. Very nice flannel in a number of patterns. Perfect!

quality worth the price

LL Bean always does nothing but amaze me by their products! This flannel is by far the best flannel I have ever owned! From the fit to the colors, just amazing! It washes fairly well and doesn't shrink really at all. Well done, as always, LL Bean!

I buy these shirts for my son's who work outside in the cold. They are warm and comfortable wearing these shirts; the fit is perfect and they wash and wear well. Nothing like a shirt, that not only looks good, but feels warm and fuzzy when I hug them!

Purchased this shirt as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. The flannel is soft and warm and he loved it.

I've been getting these shirts for over 25 years, in fact I have one that is 25 years old, and while not quite a dress shirt anymore, it's still great for hanging around the house. I own 8 of these shirts, and there has been a change in the past couple of years. As others have commented, there has been a change in the length of the sleeves. One shirt that I bought about 5 years ago has the same length as all the others from previous years. However, the last 2 shirts, one purchased abut 2 years ago, and my most recent purchase have sleeves that are almost 2 inches longer than the others. I tend to wear these with the sleeves rolled up, so it's not that big of an issue, but when I roll them down, well let's just say there's a lot more sleeve there than needs to be. Please take the sleeve length back to where it was 5 years ago.

He says they are "warm, comfortable, and fit well." "What more can I ask for", he says. I agree They go from washer to dryer and come out wrinkle free; no shrinkage that I can tell or pilling. Consistent quality year after year with these shirts.

This shirt felt just as good as the first one I bought years ago. I will be thrilled if it lasts as long as the others.

really liked the color, pattern and fit

Finally got it right. My experience was different shirt sizes for each color across the Scotch Paid style. Gray Stewart and ?gray plaid? were the correct size in Large (as I expect). Second order of Dress Gordon and Black watch were different INCHES too long in sleeves in Large. As usual, excellent LL Bean customer service, exchanged for Medium which fit in sleeves and was OK in body.

Unlike other flannel shirts we've purchased, this one washes beautifully. This fit is good for my husband who does not like tight-fitting clothing. The variety of colors is great.
