I purchased this shirt for one of my sons. He is tall and lean, with long arms. He was delighted with it, and continues to be! The quality and look of it is just great.

I bought this shirt for my husband. It washes nicely and though it didn't really need ironing, takes little to do. The colors are clear though the gray it is darker than pictured. He loves it and it's a nice addition to the several he already has that have perfectly lasted the test of time.

Soft and warm flannel, plaids perfectly matched, deep colors! Great style, sleeves are perfect length. Would buy over again!

I love the colors and the plaid in this shirt, however my Significant Other wants me to exchange it for another colorway.

This is a well made flannel shirt, but I had hoped it would be a little thicker.

The fabric is soft and warm, the colors are bright and cheerful. The shirt fit my husband well and it is one of his favorites. LL Bean flannel shirts are always dependable and wear well. We'll be buying more next year!

When I saw this beautiful flannel shirt in the Fraser tartan, I was ecstatic. I had looked for a store which offered this for years as that is my clan. My grandson who has red hair looks gorgeous in it and loves it also. All this coming from my favorite catalogue which I knew I could trust with size, fabric & durability. Thank you for being so trustworthy!

I ordered a Men's L - even though I knew it would be a bit big in the shoulders; I need the length in the sleeves. Great fabric; washes beautifully. I would definitely recommend this shirt.

My very elderly dad still has very long arms so I ordered a Tall X Large shirt, fits wonderfully and is well made -- he now resides in nursing care so needs to stay warm but gets his clothing washed frequently in a commercial washer and drier, nothing gentle about the handling, and I know this will stand up to that for at least 1 year, based upon past L L Bean products for him.

I called and spoke with Laura after I wrote a 2-star review the other day. She pointed out a few things to me and I was still a bit discouraged. i decided to wash and dry the new Scotch Plaid shirts size medium tall I had bought over the holidays. The problem was the neck was for someone with at least a 17" where I have a 15" (buttoned). They were big on me. I washed them with hot water and then put them in the dryer using high heat setting. Viola, end of problem! The neck shrunk and was no longer loose on me. Everything fit better. Makes me happy now:).

My wife and I bought three of these Hunting Fraser shirts. All were XL, but my son needed a Large. LL Bean processed the return and exchange quite promptly. My wife and sons are descendants of the Fraser Clan and had been looking for these shirts for decades. We are all happy with the shirts in the traditional fit.

I ordered this shirt in large tall for my husband. I put it through the dryer on medium, as it was a little large for him. It came out fine! He loves it!

These shirts are so soft. I bought these for my Dad but ordered some for myself. These shirts fit perfectly but are comfortably roomy. The material is not stiff like the competitors shirts and they are a nice weight. They are simply the best.
