(RETURNED) I ordered them for my first day working @ Amazon, I ordered it a size 6 1/2 which is my size but the width M was def too narrow anyways if it was a lil wider I felt that wouldn't make a big difference considering all the reviews, other than that I also didn't like the soles I could already tell I was NOT going to be able to work long periods of time in them!! :s Got the Wolverine Bolt Durashocks in a size 7 and width W after reading all the great reviews on them.

This shoe looks really good, but the insoles dig into the arch of my foot so I had to return them.

Wearing these around the house, my toes were crunched in the wide shoes. I took them off not even an hour into it at home with just random walking to the kitchen, etc. I'm not sure ordering up a half size would change the toe box width, am doubtful. I need a Wider toe box. Simple. But never easy to find. They look great. I really wanted to like them. I see other women wearing them in my workplace, and you can tell that they have this big huge gap when they walk from their bones of their foot to the tip of their toes because the toe area is moving. They're also walking differently because the bend isn't where their toes and foot need to bend, but where the comp to makes it bend. I think this is true for most comp toe shoes. I'm wondering if they didn't have to order a half size up so that it would fit their foot because the comp toe sole doesn't give. There is no support of stretching or moving out of the way. So ordering up that half size might make it look and feel awkward. They are great looking shoes.. I can tell you that.

The comp toe makes it very tight around the toes and if you really want any distance between the side to side or in length you need to go a size up at least. If these were extra wide, they might actually have been my comp toe shoe. They're fun! good looking! ...just was too painful walking around in the house for the day. Comp toes need special design for larger toe box. I wanted to really like these and I really do like them. I just want to try them in an extra wide not just a wide. There's no 'give' for larger toe box in their design. :'(

Way 2 tight

This shoe has no give. The added safety support creates stiff boundaries, no give. They looked exactly as shown. I ordered wide, but need extra wide. Without socks or swollen feet this shoe might have worked out. ... I did notice that they are not soft sole and not easily bendable. Plays a serious role in comfort.

I just need a bigger size but they are comfortable

Like the style but it’s to snug on the front part of my feet.

The shoes were too heavy

I loved the style but it hurts my feet and even I have my Dr Sholls, it still hurts.

Love these but tight on my toes

they started falling apart and having holes in them right by the steel toe ares and did not get great support for my me work on my feet all day long for 10 to 11 hours a day

very stiff feeling when walking around and feel clunky too no very comfortable

They rub on my inner ankles. Not the sleek look I wanted for summer. Returning these.

These fit pretty true to size. However, the switch from my other shoes to these hurt my ankles. With heel insoles I do better

No more space for toes, sole is too hard to support feet activity. Very painful after wearing 2-3 hours

Not wide enough and not enough cushioning for the soles of my foot.

The length of these shoes felt true to size but the width didn’t. I’ve never had to order wide shoes as standard width has always felt fine in all types of shoes, including steel toes. I ordered these in wide width after returning the standard width and the wide still ended up being too narrow. I got blisters on the outside of my big toes and pinky toes from rubbing.

The shoe is light weight but didn't feel wide enough even for a c wide and the size is about 1/2 size to small

they were just too small.
