I'm very happy that I got these shoes to wear to work at Amazon, doing 10 hours shift. They are much better and VERY comfortable than the New Balance version of this shoe. I was a bit hesitant to purchase due to having purchased 3 steel toes work shoes before and having to give them away cause they were so uncomfortable to wear. These Timberland PRO Radius shoe only needs one day of "breaking in" period, then you are good to go. They are super soft, feels great on concrete floors and your feet do not get too sweaty during the summer months - depends on your warehouse (a/c or not) and whether you're wearing wool or cotton socks.
I'd also recommend:

Great fitting show that was super comfortable out of the box. The red and black color way is very nice. The non slip tread is gone under the ball of my feet after 6 week of use in a restaurant. For the price I was hoping for longer than 6 weeks. I could have gone to Walmart for a quarter the cost for that use.

I work 10-hour shifts and I don't think I would survive without these. The composite toes are excellent as well.

Shoes fit great, was worried seeing people say order a size up in my case that would have been a mistake. I always wear 12 and 12 is fine for me in this shoe.

I've had these shoes for almost five months now and have put hundreds if not thousands of miles on them already being a delivery driver. They're super light and very comfortable and pretty sleek looking. Only problem I have thought is about a month or two into wearing them, the tread on the sole is non existent in some parts, mainly where the most weight of my foot hits the ground. I would expect better quality in the sole for it being in the Pro line of shoes. Other than that the shoe is holding up well, there is some tearing in the mesh where the toe box bends but it's nothing major but is happening on both shoes.
Overall, they're a decent pair of shoes, and probably one of the better work shoes to get if you need a hard toe and don't want to get a pair of boots.

The shoe fits perfect I recommend ordering your actual size. The comfort took a few days to get used to, but after a few shifts the shoe is very comfortable. It is a little heavy at first, especially if you're not used to wearing work shoes, but once they break in they are very comfortable. shoe insoles are not needed, but if you're one that prefers the extra support I think it would be more comfortable.

I really like them, but as someone who is a spot on half size, they're about a half size too large for true fit. Excellent support, look cool, and theyll be fine with an insole and decent pair of socks.

I really like theses shoes and just bought my second pair. I did changed my insoles to make them more comfortable at work but the the shoes are have comfortable cushioning. The composite toe isn’t uncomfortable and is very effective. When I was in a warehouse for the first time I ran over my foot with a front rider pallet jack after improperly walking beside it and I didn’t feel anything it just scared the crap outta me an of course left a mark on the shoe. But I love the style comfort and safety of the shoe would definitely recommend. I still use my old pair and it’s been over a year of having them I can’t wait to use my new ones but I’m gonna use the old ones as long as I can. As tore up as they are they are still comfortable and aren’t completely falling apart.

I work construction and these are very comfortable but I'll be lucky to get a few months with these. After one week they are ripping. Great if you want something to walk around in but horrible if you actually work.

I struggled for years to find a comfortable pair of safety shoes since it's required at the job. Four years on the job I had my foot crushed in another brand shoe. Mid arch protection wasn't a thing back then. But, this style has prolonged my career at the job. Been wearing varies of Timberland Pro since the accident in 2012. But this style is my go to pair. The back of the heel wears out fast since I slip on and slip off. I buy two pairs a year. No feet, knees, hips, or back pain since.

I had a pair of Radius' for three years. They are fantastic shoes! I wanted something comfortable with steel toes that I could wear around horses and do tough ranch work in. These were perfect and held up really well. I just retired them today for a pair of the Drivetrains, and I think the quality and foot support in the Radius are much better.

Shoes are comfortable. Wide allows for my swelling feet to still feel comfortable. The fit is not too snug and continual waking dies not hurt.
