I got these as a Christmas gift and just put them on last week. Yes a bit late but I don't go many places these days. I felt something in the left shoe when I walked, felt like a stone and it hurt pretty bad. I took it off nothing there. Put it on, there. After careful examination there is a seam or some lump in the rubber under the insole and it is a defect. I can't seem to reach anyone at this company for a exchange or refund. So yes my impression so far is very low of this shoe and company.

I love rebooks, but these the leather is too hard and it felt bulky. Specially with a size 11 the shoe should feel more a part in the foot, and they actually hurt my feet.

Very disappointed all the reviews were so good, but the shoes were not so good, felt like they forced my ankles to roll over, nothing like my expectations.

Product was too high, too wide, too long, had strange raised toe area, did not resemble what I already have, thought I ordered, and wanted replaced. Have returned package to a Fed Ex bin but not gotten a refund yet.

I ordered thus shoe in the wide width, which normally fit perfectly. If these are wide width I'd hate to see what the normal width is. I suspect that these aren't truly wide width. The box says wide, but the shoe itself doesn't. My other pair of Reebok actually have a W next to the size to show width. These do not.

So these shoes seemed great at first. I have a job that requires me to be on my feet most of the time. After about 10 times of wearing them all day, my left foot started hurting. There is something on the inside (top of the foot) that puts pressure on the tender top area of the foot. I can not wear these to work any longer.

I have always worn these shoes. But my last 2 shipments were the wrong size. Your fault. Now I cant return them? I will never shop with you again!!

Size 8 fit OK size 8 1/2 too big GREAT LOOKING & WELL MADE SNEAKER BUT REEBOK CHANGED THE COMFORT & SUPPORT. VERY DISAPPOINTED, THEY ARE NOT THE DMX SNEAKERS I HAVE BEEN WEARING FOR YEARS. VERY SAD FOR ME!

I have a high instep and a bad back. I was looking for a footbed that would give me comfort in walking and not be tight around my toes. These shoes looked great but were very difficult to get on.. one size was impossible and the next size up too big once I got my foot inside. Not the correct style

I am disappointed and my feet are getting bunions from the change in these shoes that I have worn for two decades. WIDE is not WIDE and there is no give in the upper. I wasted much money in trusting that this "comfortable shoe would continue." Shoes from you with mesh uppers have bad soles. You may look cool but you are not delivering.

I do not care for the clunky design and it is heavy.

these shoes are not labeled (on the tongue of the shoe) as wide -- that's because they're NOT wide at all!!!!!!!

Have always purchased the DMX walkers and loved them for years...This newer version however is awful....you don't feel the air cushioning as you use to and it like walking on a brick...the heel is much lower and not cushioned like it used to be....ordered another pair hoping I had just chosen the wrong one and was just the same....So disappointed after so many years of loving them...You should not fix something that is not broken...

You decreased the quality of everything over the years, the air doesn't hold up even only wearing them in the house, the synthetic sections yellow, the inner lining and air wears out on just using them for house slippers before I transition them to the road, the width feels too tight, there is insufficient sole thickness for walking let alone running and the upper shoe separates from the sole sooner allowing water into the shoe in moist pavement conditions though that last complaint is in an older outside-worn shoe.

I have worn Reebok DMX since 1995, and this version is not sized correctly. I had aching feet and ankles in 10 minutes as the shoe is too narrow. After 25 years, looks like I will have to find a new walking shoe. I ordered a second pair and it too was the same. What happened, Rebook? Also, could never get through to customer service.

I have been buying dmx max wide for a number of years was always satisfied until this pair they were not the same too narrow for wide and very uncomfortable

They sent the correct size on the box but the shoes was the wrong size.

They make the same shoe in white and if you get a wide shoe it is true to size but the black wide shoe is always narrow. Inconsistent and we'll never purchase again.

Since rebok has changed the style of the shoe to the new 7 it is not wide enough anymore I have been buying this same shoe for over 10 years and now it is too narrow with the new design

I have been wearing your DMX sealers for decades. Your new styling and cut feel like wearing flip flops. They have no support and little comfort. PLEASE bring back the construction and styling of products that offered both comfort and support. When I wore your LIFEWALK DMX MAX II it was like I was really walking on air.
