I shoe looks great but it cut into my ankle and I have returned it. Otherwise it fit fine.

I love the look and feel of the shoe. I purchased in Jan. 23. 6 months later the sole started making a noise like air coming out when I walked. For the price of these I would have like for them to last longer. Contacted JM and got no response.

Quality was lacking. First pair, leather quality on the toe was bad. Returned the shoes and had a second pair shipped to replace...after a wait to produce. Second pair had one shoe with no toe that was not burnished, the other shoe was. Was to have a third pair shipped to replace the second pair, but waited too long and I cancelled the order and obtained a refund. On the positive side, shoes fit and were very comfortable...just poor quality for this shoe style.

I bought another pair of shoes in size #9. Bought these shoes at size#9, but they where 1-1/2 inch longer, then the other pair of shoes.

Your sizing sucks! I ordered 4 pair of shoes from you All 4 fit differently The first pair fit fine. The last pair are narrows at any other company In an online shopping world you wont last

The idea of a removable footbed enabling width adjustment is a flight of fancy. When I removed the footbed from each shoe, my foot FIT better (if better means standing alone in a cavernous space). However, doing so completely changes the shape of the shoe as viewed from above, and feels very awkward. I understand the bottom line matters. I also understand that this shoe, if produced for all sizes and widths, would sell out. This is an egregious error in judgement and design.Very disappointing.

Too narrow in the toe box. A wider offering would be helpful.

Really comfortable but they make my feet stink. I really don't know why. I'm super sorry that i had to return them.

Attractive shoe and have received 2 compliments. Have had them for 2 plus weeks hoping to break in. Left shoe is perfect right shoe is not, actually painful! At this point I'm going to have to send them back. It's a shame!
