The description of the width was very deceptive. I wear a 3E, and these were described as 3E. I could not even get my foot into it. i can't tell you how disappointed I was. The style was outstanding. I have had 3E Florsheim shoes in the past, and they fit just fine. Your return policy was excellent.

I have ordered all my shoes from Florsheim for 6 years and these are the first ones that feel like they are one size too small. What a disappointment after all the others. First time I now go looking elsewhere for shoes.

This shoe is inaccurately labeled as "Lace Up". It is a "Slip On" with fake laces for style. It does not have a tongue nor elastic to open entry. Therefore, it is even worse than a 'slip on' since you can't get your foot in unless you have no arch at all. Bad design. Inaccurate description. Should be modified or removed. Tarnishes Florsheim name and reputation.

Tight across the instep for wide feet.

I bought these in my usual size. The fit is good but they have an elasticated cuff that you have to squeeze your foot through to get them on. When the laces are tied they feel comfortable. The problem starts if you try to use them to actually walk anywhere. The insole has a lot of cushion so putting weight on the heel compresses it enough that the heel sinks by a quarter inch. When you lift your foot off the ground the compressed insole expands and the shoe moves back. So with every step your ankle goes up and down and rubs. So, looks great, feels great, fits well, pain to put on and pain to walk in.

I have a higher arch than normal. These shoes have the tongue attached to the sides of the shoe. There is no room for a high arch.. Am returning.

The shoe is stylish and I had hoped it would go great with slacks except it failed because I could not get it on. The opening is too small for normal sized people.
