My teenage loves these shoes. They go with everything and look great. Sadly, after just 6 months, they already have a hole clear through at the toe. Disappointing, because for the price, I would have expected higher quality.

+ comfortable, - not made in U.S.A.

The shoes are ligtweight and feel good on the foot, but I was not really impressed with the manufacturing quality. The shoes I received are shaped a bit odd around the toes (different odd, not the same odd) and I found a spot on one of the soles (on the side, not bottom) that is like a dark piece of plastic blended in with the white. I didn't notice these things immediately or I would have probably sent back. These are probably nice shoes normally but mine really look more like factory seconds. Maybe that's why they were on sale.

Nice looking, well built shoe. However, the Tongue is fused to the Quarter, making it difficult to put on. You can't tell this from the photo or description. I expected more from Florsheim at this price.

Great looking shoes and well made unfortunately they were too large for me but I will try again with another style.

The style looks more attractive in the photo. I did not like the way to wear the shoes; it is kind of difficult, otherwise it would be great.

hey are hard to put on and off not enough room to put feet in and out. like to have more arch like my other florsheim shoes

While these shoes are stylish and comfortable , they have some short comings. Most significantly, the tongue is stitched to the side of the shoe and so can't be lifted. This makes getting into the shoe more difficult. And the laces are very slippery and therefore constantly opening up. So, a good shoe but with some flaws.

i HAD ORDERED THE BLUE VENTURE SNEAKER AND IT CAME IN A REASONABLE TIME . THE SHOE WAS VERY NICE LOOKING AND THE WORKMANSHIP LOOKED GREAT. BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY I HAD TO RETURN THEM DUE TO A DESIGN FEATURE THAT WAS PROBLEMATIC FOR MY FOOT. i DID ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE WHICH WAS A 10 WIDE. THE PROBLEM WITH THE SHOE WHICH I WAS ON AWARE OF WAS THE TONGUE ON THE TOP OF THE SHOE WAS COMPLETLY ATTACHED TO THE SIDES OF THE SHOE AND I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING MY FOOT IN THE SHOE. I HAVE A HIGH INSTEP AND THE FABRIC DID STRETCH AFTER MUNTIPLE TRIES I GOT MY FOOT IN IT BUT IT WAS VERY TIGHT AND UNCOMFORTABLE. I WOULD NOT BEEN ABLE TO WEAR THEM SO I DID RETURN THEM . IF THEY MADE THE SHOE WITH A LOOSE TONGUE I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO LOOSEN IT UP AND WEAR IT. I WILL LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE BUT IF THE DISCTRIPTION HAD SAID THE TONGUE WAS ATTACHED I WOULD HAVE AVOIDED THE ENTIRE PURCHASE.

I really liked how these shoes looked, but the design was one I cannot wear. They really are slip on shoes. No tongue as we know. Instead what might have been a tongue is really some elastic sewn across the shoe in place of the tongeu. The shoe cannot be opened up as in a conventionally made shoe. For me that makes it too much of a struggle to get the shoe on and it also permits the shoe to slop a bit in the heel area. I could not use these good looking shoes.

The shoe looks wonderful but was uncomfotable on my foot, so I have returned it, disappointedly. I was listed as wide but had a narrow feel and was stiff when walking.

However, the width, as noted was incorrect. I had ordered the same width several times before with good results. The size that I received was should have been listed as narrow. As a result, I had to return the shoes.

The style is attractive but very difficult to get on and off.

Compare to others shoes I got ,it feels cheap

I was very sad to discover that these shoes were so uncomfortable. They are excessively tight over the top of my foot and I will never wear them unless I can stretch them

Shoes look good BUT, they are flat. No arch support, heal support, uncomfortable to wear. Should have returned them.

Toe design is not suited for a triple E width. Big toe rubbed on the outside and made it difficult to walk. Also found shoe was not very breathable and foot got hot

Very uncomfortable. Does not really breath like it looks it would. The triple E which I have been buying for 50 years from Florsheim has cramped my toes and rubbed the outside of my big toe. Not comfortable at all.

I have a very-wide foot, and normally wear 4E shoes. While other Florsheim styles have fit well, the "wide" Venture shoe was still too small. Unfortunately, this model does not come in an x-wide. The shoe looks nice, but I returned it due to the fit.
