I've found this shoe to be comfortable an versatile. This is the second pair that I've worn.

I ordered the wrong size shoe on Florsheim's website and had to return them for a larger size! The entire return process was easy and quick. I sent an email to ask when I would be receiving the correct size shoes and they quickly replied the shoes had been shipped! It's nice to receive such excellent customer service because it is hard to come by lately!!

Returned these for a different color. Waiting for my refund. The shoes are great and my son-in-law loves them!
