I had to use customer service's Ryan who helped me return a missed sized pair of shoes on 12-10-23. He forwarded me the UPS return sticker and we ordered the correct size of Lakeside shoes. The entire process was done quickly and professionally. I appreciated that very much.

Just the choice shoe for an all-day casual wear. Great to head out on a trip or even for a casual walk. Goes well with Jeans. Florsheim made a similar product which I greatly miss: Lakeside Lx.
