After purchasing a pair of the Crossover Slip-ons, I thought I would try the lace up sneaker version. They turned out to be just as comfortable as the slip-ons; you quickly forget that you have shoes on. They are very lightweight, and make the perfect summer shoe, when you don't feel like walking around in sandals all day. Best worn with a thin sock, like the Men's Hidden No-Show socks that Florsheim sells (which I also had purchased on a previous order, btw), as these lace ups tend to run a little narrow. Also, the color is a deep navy blue, so they go with just about anything.

This is a very comfortable and stylish steel toe shoe. They are light weight and look great. I'm glad I found this line of steel toes versus the mountain climber styles.

I purchased these for my husband as a casual shoe that could take a lot of varied use - previously he loved classic Vans. He wore these a few days out of the box on a trip that involved a lot of walking and various terrains and loved them! Even with the miles he put on, there was no foot pain, rubbing, or discomfort. I bought him another pair for Florsheim shoes for work that he's going to try, but I have a feeling this will be his go-to brand now. Easily worth the money, as he'll wear shoes for years or into the ground (whichever comes first)!
