Nice fit and style but disappointed with color. From the description I thought it would be more of a classic cordovan but leans more brown, however decided it was close enough and kept very comfortable

This shoe fits large in length. Returned for 1/2 size smaller.

This is my second time buying a pair of Florsheim shoes from you. The first time, in 2019, I bought a pair of dress shoes that I love and still wear. (I don't wear dress shoes every day, so they last). I ordered an identical pair (except for some color on the trim because you no carrying the one without the color trim) in the exact same size (11 EEE), but they were uncomfortably tight. I returned them, but am being docked $10 for the return. I also had to pay $2 to UPS for a return pouch. I would suggest you keep track of returns by customer and if someone returns excessively, sure, dock them. You can't stay in business with customers that abuse return privileges -- or order on a whim knowing they can always return them. But 1 return out of 2 purchases is not excessive. I very much wanted these shoes to work out. They just didn't.

Cannot wear this shoe for any length of time. Lack of a full insole liner is not comfortable.

Uncomfortable to stand on for long periods of time. The platform on the heel sticks up hard, and the support along the sole doesn't really match. Leather is stiff as well, but it does look like the photos/looks nice.

Ordered narrow width, these do not run very narrow.

But I have questions on the quality of construction. The insoles are only half installed with the front half of the insoles missing. What's with that? The insoles do not appear to be a mistake, as they look like they were intended to be installed that way. Although it does not affect the exterior appearance, it does affect the interior comfort of the shoe. Very uncomfortable and really could use a comfort sole installed.

This shoe looks very nice. However, I purchased the same size as I typically wear in Floreshiem and it's large in the heal and small in the toe.

I know that they wear and show some wrinkles with time, but these had a bunch of small wrinkles start just trying them on. They'll work for casual until I find another pair of the Dark Cordovan penny loafers. I've been wearing Florsheims since I sold them at Hahn Shoes in Washington D.C. back in the 70s and will continue to do so. This is my first time being a bit less than enthusiastic.

I really prefer the Riva shoe but you never have them in 11B or 11C
