Very weird fit and I 've never had issues with other shoes. The heel end of the soul rubs the bottom of my heel. Otherwise, they fit the rest of my foot.

Extremely frustrated with both shoe and service. Advertisment said shoes had to be worn to break in and become comfortable, but wearing them apparently disqualifies you from exchanging. Waste of money, unfortunately. I was very excited, but these shows fit horribly and are far from comfortable. If I could exchange for a different size then there wouldn't be an issue, but now I'm stuck with them.

Disappointed with fit. 2nd pair, same size as last, ran smaller.

Cant wear very narrow for people with wide feet

Love the shoe and the materials but the shoe fits very narrow. I do not generally have any issues with show width but these are too narrow across the arch and the heel.

Very narrow shoes. My big toes were hanging off the inside sole and my little toes hanging off the outside. And they were the right size, plenty of room in front of the toes. I returned them.

Bought my normal shoe and these were feeling great for a couple days, but it 's become clear they 're too small and I can 't return them because I 've worn them. :( Def order a half size or more up. Durable, stylish shoe though.

poor fit - not true to size

Love the idea of these shoes and the passion unfortunately, these shoes are a bit narrow and may not be the best fit for some. The return policy is very restrictive and doesn 't allow for exchanges or refund if they are worn at all. This is just not very customer friendly. I won 't be purchasing a second pair.

They are nice but the sizing is off, way too small for me, but since I 've worn them outside to try them out I 'm not eligible for a exchange

Left shoe feels great. Right shoe scrunches with every step at the heel, feeling like you have something in the shoe. Have never had this issue with another shoe. It makes them unwearable.

Great quality and comfy fit. Low rating because they were too small size 11 and I should have gone to 11 and 1/2.

Super small

The website says fits true to size, but I have never had an insole fit this small for a "true to size". When I got them, I noticed that the fit in general was tight, but seeing the fabric was stretchy, I decided it would be fine. I didn't realize the insole has curves... ie: the heel concave, so if it is not the right size you are in for pain walking on the back edge. After two wears, I realized it was a lost cause, but now I can't return because Suavs only accepts unworn returns. For an online-only store, this is a poor operating model, especially if you want to gain a following. After $95 I don't know my right sizing and I am not willing to spend more money to figure it out.

The shoe was fine. However, it didn 't fit well on my foot. My feet hang over the edge of the soles. It is not the look I want to project.

Was so psyched for these, was in need of a good, breathable summer sneaker. The good: The fit is fantastic, and the shoes have great cushioning. They look and feel fabulous, until you start to walk in them. The bad: There is a terrible design flaw in these: the absence of any type of solid structure in the rear heel area. The Zilker is similar to a sock attached to a rubber sole, so the only part of the foot that is anchored to the sole is the front, via the laces. Without anything substantial anchoring your ankle area, the shoe is prone to shift forward, causing the bottom of the heel to step down onto the back edge of the sole, which is sharp and raised. It cut into my skin on the two short walks I attempted with the Zilker. This wasn't apparent while trying the shoes on in my office, or else I would have returned them immediately. But the second I started strolling outside it became very apparent. Another drawback: The 3D printed knit. While I appreciate the sustainability and gorgeous design, it left a hideous indented pattern on the tops of my feet, that lasted for a while. Certainly nothing you would ever want another person to see just after taking off your shoes. This is a case where a seamless internal lining of some sort is crucial, and once again is an oversight in the design of the Zilker. These sneakers were so close to being my favorite pair of sneakers, and having me well on the road to an active summer, I was so excited when they arrived. Yet due to a few lazy design choices they have left me still on the lookout for that perfect sockless summer sneaker.

Going to return them back of shoe doesn 't have support and hurts my foot.

When walking, feet are slipping out of shoe... Laces are tied and size is true but why would I pay $100 for a shoe that has poor function for a simple walk?

Not ideal for staying on your feet. I see the flexibility of them but when going uphill on a slight incline on literally the sidewalk, your feet slip out of the hold of the shoe, same going down. Wish I would've known before ordering from more trusted and true reviews for how they fit and feel.

I returned them. No arch support, and the material was too thin my heel slid off the sole of the shoe.

The shoe's look great and I'm sure they feel really good and comfortable for other people. Unfortunately for me they are too small. I usually wear a size 14 but I ordered a size smaller since these are more stretchy. I ordered them for a trip I was going on which was going to require allot of walking. I tested them out for a day when I went shopping, and lord almighty my feet are just too wide. The side of the sole was digging into my foot and it felt like I was walking on kids toys all day. My foot also felt suffocated the whole time even without wearing socks, but that could be because I was wearing a size smaller. After taking them off I had a large red line going across the side of my foot from walking on the sole all day. I wanted to love these but shoes for me are always a challenge since I very wide and long feet.

The shoes don 't fit. They feel way too small.

They are a nice looking shoe, but they don 't fit well, nor do they wear well. My slides back in forth them despite my toe being at the heel and front. Needs more heel support.
