Over the past 15 years have purchased at least a dozen pairs of Rockport sandals on line. Always knew I could count on a top quality sandal. With the arrival of the latest pair that I ordered, those days are over. They have cheapened the product to the point that made sending them back an easy decision. Amongst other things, the main strap no longer is leather, and the appearance leaves a lot to be desired. The foot cushion is not nearly as comfortable, and the strapping on the sandal appears to be some kind of synthetic leather. Apparently the bean counters (accountants) have convinced Rockport's design team that making more money at the expense of quality is a great idea. It's not for me, and they've lost a loyal customer because of it.

Bed of shoe is tough foam that gives slightly. I thought it was a hard plastic when I ordered it. Looks like it is will wear well. Husband says it feels comfortable. If this came in EEE, I'd get that a size smaller for him, but the EE will do, though the 12 is a bit long for him.

The sandals arrived and were perfect. Really enjoy wearing them. I am handicapped so the velcro straps are a godsend when putting them on. Nice to have something stylist and comfortable to wear at my age - (78)

too big,11 was like a 11 1/2

For me, these ran really large. They stuck out nearly an inch at the heel, and more than an inch at the toe – huge! Had to send them back; nice sandal and maybe I'll try again with a smaller size, but for right now, no.

These sandals looked good, but I returned them for several reasons. First, the sandal was too narrow. I have other Rockport sandals and they fit the width better. Second, the sole is very hard and felt uncomfortable. It might get a little more comfortable as it breaks in, but there is no cushion to speak of. Finally, the sole squeaked on our wooden floors.

Sole is a hard pebble like surface. Uncomfortable to the bottom of my feet. Found another Rockport sandal with soft sole. Feels soft and very comfortable.

Got the wrong size I need 8 wides

The shoe is very well made, comfortable, and appears perfect for hiking in the heat. It runs about 1/2 size larger than Merrell or Totes boots, but is adjustable, so my teen decided to keep it big to leave space to grow.

Purchased an 11 after getting a compatible comparison to the Saucony's I wear......this 10.5 is the exact fit !

They are very comfortable they fit me perfectly it's hard for me to find sandals extra wide if it's me perfect and that's what these do I forget they are on my feet that's a comfortable these are

They were perfect for our trip to the Caribbea.
