Got these to replace a nice previous pair of rockports I loved. These have a deep heel cup and the back of the heel has rubbed a blister on my heel the first day I wore them. I have given them a week to break in but it keeps rubbing. I have worn oxfords from various brands for years and this is the first one to ever give me a blister.

Second generation Rockport wearer, used to rave to colleagues about the shoes. Unfortunately this pair seems to be a step in the wrong direction. Minor scrape against sidewalk curb after a professional shine a few hours earlier and material tore right off. Never had that happen with any Rockports and been wearing them almost 20 years.
