They were a gift for someone. They haven't said anything to me about the shoes so I took it as that it works

A little bit heavy, but very solid shoes. True to size and long lasting.

It's the right size and very comfortable. It replaces a previous pair that wore out.

Very comfortable. After a period of time the sole separated by my big toe. I was able to glue them back together and got a few more months from them. later ordered the blue strike version, not as comfortable . Tight on my little toe. Using moleskin as a pad.

Very comfortable! These are the 4th pair of Reebok shoes I've owned, and they are the most comfortable shoes! I find it difficult to find shoes which are comfortable to wear all day, but Reeboks are perfec. These are no exception. The only thing is the quality of the tops doesn't seem as good as the ones I've owned in the past, which is a bit disappointing.

Generally I am happy with DMX (decades of purchases). The air-cushions don't always survive that long - that's my only complaint. The extra wide fit is good, and the softness is excellent.

The Reebok DMX walking shoe is the only one that has not hurt my feet while working a 12 hr shift.

I've been wearing the Reebok DMX Max for several years now. It is the only shoe that helps relieve my plantar fasciitis pain. It is the only shoe I wear. I usually go through four pair every year, so I purchase three or four pair every time. However, the last two rounds of purchases, six pair, the shoes have not held up as well as they have before. I am not sure of Reebok's branding, but it seems to coincide with the name change to Ultra, but I could be mistaken. Where I am not mistaken is the quality of the shoe has declined and it does not last as long. The insole appears thinner, and as of late is not even adhered properly to the shoe. When they arrive, the insole is lifting away from the shoe floor and not positioned correctly. I have to remove it and position it and the weight of wearing the show helps the adhesive adhere again.
Overall, the shoe does still help with plantar fasciitis pain. The reason is because the shoe is not modified, or at least it does not wear like a modified shoe. In modified shoes, the toe is lower than the heel. When the foot is positioned with the toe lower than the heel, the plantar tendon heals in the contracted position. Then when you stand, the weight of standing or walking extends the plantar tendon causing small tears and the associated inflammation...pain. Since the sole of the DMX Max slightly lifts the toe above the heal, the tendon heals in more of an extended position lessening the stretch and associated tearing which causes pain.
The shoe is very helpful for those suffering with plantar fasciitis pain; it just needs to hold up longer...and come in some cool colors!

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes. My first pair was the Royal Blue which has been discontinued even though I love them far better than Navy Blue.

At first they felt a little strange almost as if I was walking on pillows. After wearing them for a few days I'm getting used to them and they are generally comfortable.

I like the shoes other than the laces.
I do not like the long floppy shoe laces. I went to by shorter ones and found that apparently they don't make the length I need. I need about a 36" to a 38". This is very frustrating to me.
Got any suggestions?
