Beautiful boot. Like some other riding/work style boots I've had they'll need a little breaking in as they are real leather. Also, fur does not extend throughout boot so I'll be putting in a warm insert (I bought them a little larger so I can wear thick socks.) No bad smell, like in another review. I love the look and versatility of this style and would buy them again. They look great!

NOT LEATHER! These boots are awful. They are NOT leather. I even consulted their website and they confirmed they are man made materials “The Right Time lace-up booties features a snap button fold over cuff with a faux fur lining and a lug sole that’s perfect for fall and winter. By Dirty Laundry. Manmade materials.” They stink like chemicals and look cheap. Sending back!

These were a replacement pair for the previous pair that I was unsatisfied with. I received a thoughtful email from an employee of Zappos and they replaced my boots very quickly. I love these boots! They are super comfortable and look great at the same time. No complaints here, just lots of praise of Zappos and their superior customer service! Zappos rocks!!! I will remain a loyal customer for many years to come.

Beautiful fit right from the box, I loved how comfortable it is. Don't need to break it in like you would a Dr.Martens (which was terrible!). The shape of the boot wasn't as form fitting/flattering as other boots, but boy....it's comfy.

Cute boot but the chemical smell is overwhelming..back they go

I am very disappointed. I love the boots; the design and the comfort are amazing. However, they smell like they have been dipped in gasoline (I have them outside in the shade airing out), the shoestrings had places that needed to be fixed, and they have spots in various areas on both of the boots (my husband worked diligently last night trying to clean them up with saddle soap). I think they were returned and put back out to sell. Although they smell like they do and the other issues, I plan on keeping them because of the great price and the way they fit. I am working on getting the smell to go away and the spots. Zappos, please put quality first; it makes a huge difference in purchasing another pair of shoes from your company. This makes me sad because I have been purchasing from your organization for many years, and this was a first, so I'll let it slide.
