I was so disappointed with these. They were exactly what I wanted for my 1 year old, so cute and I trusted that Adidas made a good quality shoe for him. After about 3 weeks (a few wears, he isn't actually walking on his own yet), the fabric started peeling off of the velcro on one of the straps. I thought the quality of Adidas shoes was better than this. I reached out to customer service and got no help from them, so am just keeping the damaged shoes. It was quite honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had - I sent multiple pictures of the very clear damage. I was very surprised at the lack of support they provided and again, just very disappointed in the shoe and the brand.

My daughter loves the shoes! Very comfortable to walk in.

Return and exchange please.. Adidas is good I think I got it wrong

They don't fit correctly. It was not wide enough. Do you have I returned 2 size 5's , to make sure it was just that style of shoe. However, I have received one credit.

Ordered online received purchase within reasonable time. Size was too big for my daughter. Decided to exchange the item for a different size via . Sent exchanhe via fedex on Monday 9/25. Never received any email regarding the exchange contacted Adidas on 10/1. They stated item was still with fedex and had not been processed. Rep said to wait till 10/2 when warehouse should receive. They have 5 days to process and THEN they will send out exchanged item so in totaly approximately will take about 3 weeks to get a birthday gift exchanged. I will NEVER purchase online for Adidas again.

On the package was 2 rights shoes it was a gift so I didn't fit it. Is for a baby

The Velcro doesn't stay down so as he walks they get looser and looser

Glu all over sneakers leaked out. It looks like worn came apart and reglued.

The worst quality. After a few months, the shoes fell apart. Definitely do not recommend buying.

No response over my second pair, no responses over my second pair shoes for my twin daughters

Trainers arrived quickly, unfortunately the personalisation came off completely on one trainer in under a week and is also coming off the other trainer. Poor quality. I reported this to customer services and was disappointed with how this was handled.

The delivery took 10 days , and returned on 27/sep. seems still have no updates on the return process. Tried to contact customer service by email, no response.

Shoe itself is nice enough, but lettering application is very poor.

No. Returns are impossible. Can't reach company for help initiating return whatsoever. Won't be buying again.

Outlet doesn't change the size it has to go online but your online system is so poor that even after the shoe is delivered 3 weeks before there is no such option to change the size.
