I loved these but do not purchase if you’re planning to walk on hardwood or tiled floors. The tread is slick. I would like to try these again if Sketchers changes the tread composition. Otherwise these would be perfect.

I really like these sandals, they are almost perfect for me. I have high arches and fat pad atrophy. It's hard to find comfortable arch support without the footbed feeling too hard on my feet. These sandals hit that sweet spot of arch support and cushion for me. Which makes them perfect, right? Not quite - they make my feet hot. In warmer months I can only wear them for short periods of time or my feet get way too hot. I am hoping they will be perfect for hanging around the house in the colder months. They are so comfortable for my feet, if it wasn't for the foot bed material's ability to make me hot I would buy them in every color and wear them a lot more.

I bought these shoes at a Skechers outlet store about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have plantar fasciitis and have trouble finding shoes which help. These have a great arch support along with a shock-absorbing but soft, squishy sole; so far, I have had no heal pain when wearing these shoes! I have somewhat narrow feet and am happy with how these fit. The adjustable buckle makes them narrow enough but the fabric upper has some stretch and isn't too tight. However, I only rated them 4 stars instead of 5 because the top of my foot is very sensitive and there are times I wish they only had a single strap over the toe area. These look nice on and can be worn for any casual or semi-casual occasion. They say they are machine washable, so it shouldn't hurt to get them wet if it's raining. They're also good to slip on when you've just gotten out of the shower and your feet are still damp. The insole is textured and your foot won't slide out. Someone in another review mentioned the shoes were slippery on hardwood floors; when I first got mine, I was concerned that they seemed slippery on my vinyl kitchen and bathroom floors (the rest of my house is carpet). However, as I kept wearing them they seemed to do better. I was considering taking them to the shoe shop to see if they could treat the soles to make them less slippery, but I don't think I need to do that now. Also, the bouncy sole now seems to feel less "bouncy"; I don't know if the "bounciness" is already wearing down or if I'm just getting used to the shoes. I do know the arch support is wonderful! I have the navy and may eventually want to buy another pair in a different color, but I haven't had them long enough to be sure yet.

These were comfortable and cushy but not enough arch support as hoped. The straps and buckles were overwhelmingly huge and took over the whole style. Looked like an “old ladies” orthopedic sandal…and even though I AM an old lady…I just can't give in to that look yet!
