The product is good. My son loves it. I ordered three the day after Thanksgiving. I then got an email in December that I was getting a refund for one. I emailed cs about picking a different color and I never heard back.

I own several Barefoot Dreams pieces and this is the first item I have received that has come with a terrible fabric odor. I washed it twice as per directions state, and still the odor is there. I don't know what process this piece goes through that would be any different from other BD products, but the material does seem thicker than most cardigans, so maybe that has something to do with it. Since I have washed it, it probably cannot be returned, and unless I can figure out a way to remove the smell, (febreeze & downy sprays have only slightly helped) will not be worn either, what a disappointment...

I live my fozy, provides such a comfortable warmth in my apartment which run quite cool, ordering and delivery were easy and straight firward too

I received the cozy and love it! Warm but not heavy. I was worried that only being 4 ft 11 in that would swallow me up, but its not! Nice and roomy. Great!

Its huge, I mean huge. Its like wearing a heavy blanket. I had to send it back because the fabric on the sleeves was unraveling. It will keep you warm and thats what I was looking for.

One of my favorite pieces of clothing I own, it is so cozy and have given it as a gift as well. I get compliments on it often.
