My child bought these with birthday money. After a week, they were already starting to tear up.

The shoes are excellent, there's no doubt about that! I am giving one star because I can't give none hey dudes customer service is so unfriendly unprofessional and unresponsive! I ordered the shoes at the beginning of October hoping to have them by my son's birthday didn't even get my shoes until mid-november. The worst customer experience in the world. I will never buy another pair of shoes from hey dudes again. Not because the shoes aren't wonderful but I have had such a bad experience with not only one pair but two pairs. And when they corrected my order they didn't even bother to apologize or anything

My sons wore for two weeks before they were coming apart at the seems. Not made for active boys. These shoes should only be used for church.

Very disappointed that there are constant strings unraveling from the shoes. Expected better quality. I had never bought them before

My son had his shoes for a month and the insoles were rolling up and the threads came out of the shoes. Sooo expensive for such cheap quality.

I sent a complaint because these shoes fell apart in a matter of a week

My son wore them one time before the stitching came out all around the toes on both shoes. Fell apart after wearing them 3 times.

Thought I was receiving toddler size but received youth, and now can not get correct product or my money returned, very disappointing

My son was so excited to get these for his 13th birthday. Fast forward 5 days when he shows me what is happening at the seams. I tried reaching out through chat and then sent an email yesterday but haven't received a response.

Terrible customer service. My sons shoes started unraveling, strings everywhere the second time he wore them. I was told its the style. The website says nothing about the unraveling, and they have zero strings in the pictures. Why would some buy shoes that look terrible after the second time wearing them? They have long strings hanging off of them everywhere. We bought 4 pair at the same time, only one pair is doing this and customer service wont do anything to make it right.

I have had nothing but bad luck. After a lost package, then a resend which was out of stock and nobody bother to tell me, now i finally get my sons shoes after almost a month, and theres literally stitching coming apart on the shoes!!!
