These were a Christmas gift for our nephew. They were too big so hopefully he will grow into them. They looked a little plasticky and sounded kind of fake on hardwood. Never had youth shoes before but my sons other 15 pair look nor sound like these.

I absolutely love they style of hey dudes but there are no half sizes. I generally wear a 7 but they were too big so I sent them back and got the 6. My toe touches the tip in a 6 and makes it a little uncomfortable after a while of wearing them but in a 7 they flip on my feet . The size of the shoe may not be a problem...could be the width making them feel so big. Tightening them works but the strings look silly because they become too long. Even though they are a little too small they are very comfortable in all other aspects! For people not in between sizes I highly recommend! I love that they can be washed as well

My nephew loves his Hey Dudes. Only issue I had was with shipping. But that was not the companys fault, just DHL shipping. But ultimately I received them about 10 days late but before the holidays so I was happy. But the shoes are great.

Its ok I wish shoes being made the same had men and youth the same Options and look. Im 50 with a size 6 foot. Why should I have to sacrifice in look and options because I have a small foot.

I love these shoes, they are very comfortable. However, they were shipped to me without a box. Just in a bag. :(

This is my 3rd pair. I normally womans 5 but since they do run big I was able to fit into a kids. Not happy they dont offer half sizes. I find the kids 2 is small and 3 is big. Love the styles for adult and bummed they dont offer the same in kids.

My grandson loves these but they do not hold up to a 5 year old wearing them every day so we save them for when he is not in school or playing

He really enjoys the shoes my only complaint is that the strings started fraying immediately on them. So they will look old and ratty fast.

Overall love them, but definitely run big.

My boys love these shoes, they just wear out quickly.

I bought these for my grandson. He is 5 and really loves the shoes. He wears them everyday but they are already falling apart. The insoles came apart and he said they hurt his feet now. I would just expect a childs shoe to last a bit longer than a month,

I ordered the size up for my son and ended up being too small with socks. If wanting to wear with socks just size up. He loves them otherwise!

One of the eyelets by the laces was broken when we took the shoe out of the box.

Love the design and comfort I just don't like how you don't have half sizes... and especially for kids/youth. They either run too big or small depending. Half sizes would be perfect for the in between kiddos still growing.

Happy with my purchase but my son has only worn them a hand full of times and the thread is already coming apart. Not very happy about spending that much money on shoes and them already coming apart.

My son who is autistic and very picky about his shoes loves them. We did have to return and size up 2 sizes than his normal shoe size.
