I was after white trainers, but found these to be a bit too plain, so exchanged them.

The so called leather peeling off after 4 months of use!

Great looking shoe let down by poor quality materials. The sole started to detach from the first pair after 4 months. Replaced. The leather cracked on the sides of the second pair after 1 month. Replaced. The laces loop on the tongue snapped on the third pair on the first day. In the process of replacing again.

After a day of use, the sneakers have horrible marks on the material. I used it for 2 hours and the appearance looks like I've used it for years. Don't waste your money on this product, it's not worth it. It's funny that you can't exchange or return the product if it's been used, how would I know the quality is so bad? I feel cheated. And to top it off it hurts my foot.

So I was hoping against hope that some of the more recent reviews would be wrong. Alas, they were right! My initial excitement deflated so quick the moment I opened the box, these stan smith velcro's did not look or feel like I remembered. The material felt rubbery and hard, when I put them on, they weren't comfortable or breathable, the extra long tongue (why?) Was awkward and the last velcro strap couldn't even close halfway without hurting. I'm really sad, and I had to start the return process. Couldn't even give them away cos they felt the same way to the other person! Bring back the previous make please!

It's too narrow, the Velcro won't strap all the way over which makes it look unfinished. Material is flimsy.

Wish companies would stop making synthetic shoes. Bought these expecting leather having not read the description thoroughly. Highly disappointed, where is the quality these days?

Huge disappointment! I'm a long time Adidas customer and ordered 3 pairs of Stan Smith shoes. The quality was so poor on all three pairs I had to return them all! I contacted Adidas Customer Service and they didn't care. I was offered one option return for a refund, which is my legal right for faulty goods. Adidas, you don't care about your customers so I will buy elsewhere from now on!

Old stan smith way better; these are cheaply made. Tongue very flimsy and light, no more plastic clips for velcro, top velcro lace too short. Unfortunate because the old ones were comfortable and high quality.

I bought the recommended size and they were too small. And they 'squeaked' when i walked!

These sneakers are poor quality. They are sized very wide for size. Return policy sucks, they will not take them back.

wanted to change size as too big, but no where to do replacement only return. Very Disappointed as really wanted the product

Right shoe quality was noticeably worse than left shoe, and appeared to be worn. I exchanged the shoes after speaking with customer service, hoping that it was a one off manufacturing defect. After receiving my exchange yesterday, the shoes had the exact same problem as the ones that I exchange. The leather quality was noticeably worse on the right shoe. It is very strange, and I really believe that there should be better quality control given the price of these products. I am disappointing, as I feel as though the shoes are quite cool, and I wanted a pair. I am going to send them back and reevaluate.

I thought the shes purchased were a brown leather but they weren't. I've been calling to return the shoe to no avail

There are two different of the same. I did not know that and it was not shown on rhe site. For 10$ more I eould have purchased the better one. I chatted with your rep and I was not allowed to exchange.

There was a manufacturing defect when I received the product, I raised a complaint about that but no one still got in touch with me
