I love these sandals. I am very picky with footwear, especially sandals because I have a wide foot with bunions. So my goal is to find sandals that are comfortable, stylish and that hide my ugly bunions. These sandals accomplished all of these things! I usually wear a size 8 1/2 but the sandal only comes in whole sizes, so I sized down to an 8 due to the style and due to prior purchases of Born sandals I knew they ran big--they fit perfectly. I bought the taupe color. I love them so much I just ordered another pair in black. Very versatile style--would look great with a pair of jean shorts or with a dress.

I wish you would carry shoes other than medium width. These were pretty but way to narrow - even for a medium.

I love Born shoes but am disappointed that so many now do not include arch support. These shoes are super cute and well made, but with no arch support, I had to send them back.

I adore these shoes. They are super comfortable! I bought them in two colors; One a size 7 and one a size 8. Truth for me is that neither fit me great. I wear a 7.5 and have a medium to thin foot. I do not require narrow shoes. If they offered a 7.5 I believe I'd be golden. They do run a tad wider than I would expect. Bottom line the shoes are great quality, comfort and color. I would recommend.

I absolutely love Born sandals. I’ve been waiting for this style to come out again as I had two pair years back, which I had worn out. I was very much let down when I tried these on & walked around in the house. I had a lot of pain to my bunion and across my foot which only increased the longer I kept the shoes on. The sandal was suede & that usually has some give & stretches out, but I was not willing to put up with the discomfort in the mean time. Loved the sandals & I’m sure they will be super comfortable for someone else. Thank-you Zappos for your return policy!

These shoes are SO comfortable and easy to wear. I bought three pairs. That said, some of the colors are not accurately named in the product descriptions. The “red” doesn’t match the red in a flag stripe; there’s more of an orange tone to it, thus it’s much more like a coral. Likewise, the “turquoise” is more of a light seafoam green. In spite of being disappointed in the colors I received, I kept them as I do like and can use them in spite of their not being what I expected and need, and again, because of their comfort.

8 was too small, 9 was too large. Very disappointed as I loved the style.

These are the perfect sandals. The leather is soft and forgiving, and the ankle is supportive. I have mobility issues and these sandals give me just the amount of support I need. I have them in brown and black (and got a complement the first time I wore the black pair) and I bought a pair in turquoise for my sister. Those are her feet right after opening the package at the post office :)

Fit like a glove and just the style I desired when I put them on as soon as they arrived. The construction is quality, with soft leather upper and padded footbed, and is everything in the order description but even better in person. I ordered light brown leather in a size 9 (up from my usual 8 1/2), and am delighted with the comfort and style which is exactly what I was looking for. I have high arches, and find the elastic is not too binding and that I have enough comfort and support as well as a flattering style.

Nice quality. Loved the look of the shoe but not for a foot with high arch.

Since this shoe only comes in full sizes, I went with size 7 and it is just to short. However, a size 8 would be too long. The biggest problem though is that there is no arch support. Just walking for a couple of minutes in my home, I knew this would be a problem so must return this shoe. Love the style though.

Very soft and comfortable sandal. I wear an 8 or 8.5 and ordered an 8 which fits perfectly. Highly recommend.

I had these in the lighter shade. They were very comfortable and liked the way they looked with jeans, capris and shorts. I also received lots of compliments. I was just wanting another color so I got the black. Usually I wear an 11 in other shoes but in Born, I always size down. The 10 always leaves me plenty of room.

Softest leather I’ve found in shoes! Super cute. Super comfortable. My bunion is happy. If they had a bit more arch support they’d be perfect

I LOVE these sandals. I have a mobility issue and “strappey” sandals cannot support my right foot which tends to slide off the sandal. These Born sandals with the enclosed heel provide the support I need. But they’re not “old lady support” sandals either. They’re made with beautiful buttery soft leather that provides a gentle hug. I now have 3 pair in tan, black and this newest pair in a lovely “medium wash denim” blue. I also bought my sister a pair in a gorgeous turquoise. We both get compliments on them.

I was skeptical when Zappos recommended size was 8 as I usually wear 8 xtra xtra wide but these shoes are comfy and fit perfectly. I love them. As an FYI, they are in the Sundance catalog for $120.

Who remembers Teva Peasant? The Born version is nice; not quite as comfortable. I purchased the recommended size down for for the half size and that worked for me. We will see if these hold up like the Teva Peasant.

Just received these and I’m so happy with them! I normally wear a sz. 7 1/2 and the 7’s are perfect. I have a pretty average medium width foot. They are really comfortable too!

These are great looking shoes. However, they only come in whole sizes and a Size 8 was just a bit too big. I got a pair of Size 7 from another vendor and they were just a little too tight. I wish I could have gotten a Size 7.5.

I love these sandals. I typically wear an 8 1/2 so I ordered an 8. Too small. Reordered a 9 and they fit beautifully.

Fit true-to-size, very comfy, I even got a few drops of water on them and it didn't stain the leather!

These shoes fit like a glove. The soft leather feels comfortable from the first wearing. The foot bed is lightly cushioned and will make these comfortable for all day wear.

More than 20 years ago I owed 2 or 3 pair of this same style shoe and loved them. Delighted to have a new pair!! I wore the previous ones til they gave out and gave one pair to a shoeless lady when traveling abroad …
