Wanted a shoe to jazz up my scrubs and this shoe fits the bill. Super cute and got lots of compliments the first time I wore them, unfortunately this is where the smiley face stops. I'm always a solid size 10 (not wide) and can count on Zappos to recommend when I should size up in a shoe. When I first tried these on they felt a little short but I figured that they would stretch a bit as I wore them. Regretfully I wore them to work the next day and quickly realized these would not loosen up. In addition, these don't have much cushioning and zero arch support. My recommendation is that you order a half size up and manage your expectations as to how comfy these puppies will be throughout the day. Fashion over function here.
