Very comfortable for rubber boots. Good amount of insulation. Good grip on icy sidewalk. My only issue, and this seems to be for all rubber boots... why only whole sizes? I take a 9.5 mens, US, so my choices are 9 or 10. I ordered a 10, which I can tell was the correct choice but there is still some slop, even with thick socks. I can walk around in them alright but they aren't nice and snug like a good pair of hiking boots. But given the choices, I am happy with these Mucks.

This is my husband's second pair of these boots. His first pair lasted more than 15 years (nearly all of which has been spent in harsh New England winters) before he FINALLY wore them out! He usually wears a 12W or 13W, depending on the brand, and the 13 fits him in this boot. (p.s. I've got a pair of these as well, in the taller style, and they look practically brand new after almost 15 years of use)

Very comfortable for a work boot. Really like the wide sole that extends out from the boot to give a solid stance. Round toe fits my foot. The ankle and heel have a shape like my foot. Rubber boots are often like a bucket with no inner shape. I say these are wider inside than a normal width. Although I am female.

Ordered these for my husband, paid for expdedited shipping as these were to replace a busted pair of boots, it's the middle of winter and spends alot of time outdoors. The company shipped with standard shipping instead, tried contacting for a refund and got no response at all.

So I did a lot of research into finding the perfect winter/rain waterproof boots. I read almost all the reviews on these boots and honestly I have no idea what these people are talking about. A big one was the loop broke I wear my boots almost everyday in the winter time or when I go hunting and that boot loop is very strong. Another one was they are too heavy!! This one was funny because the boots are lighter than most of my tennis shoes and their feet get cold. Which is the farthest thing from the truth I have to take my boots off sometimes because my feet sweat !! These boots are amazing!! Highly recommend!! Highly Highly!!

I have always bought Muck boots. I live above the Arctic Circle and use these as my “town” shoes and doing chores around the house in bitter cold. The old pair was perfect but this new pair is garbage. They are light and flimsy. There is absolutely no way these are rated to -40. I used them two days ago in -19 and they did not do well. I unfortunately cannot recommend these boots for anyone for any reason.
