I received the boots with two left feet inserts and cannot get anyone on the phone or through email to help me. I was on the customer service hotline for four hours and I still have not talked to customer service yet. I will never order from them again.

I want to exchange the boots as they are too big. I've made several attempts including a phone call and emails. No response in over a week.

I bought these to be a lighter boot to wear when it's not heavy rainfall to complement my orginal chore boots (which are heavy) while farming and I kind of hate them. Hoping they would be a rubber Blundstone type boot but my heel slides with every step, which does make them easy to slip on and off. Probably great for a home gardener, terrible for full time vegetable farming on a hill.

Boots are cute and comfortable, however, they run large. I am a 6 everywhere I go and these are easily a half size larger. With thick socks it is tolerable, but my heel with slip a lot with thin socks.

I bought these boots in March of 2022. I am a vegetable farmer and used them for one full season and for light work in the winter. This spring I noticed my foot getting wet and looked down to see the whole back of one of the boots had split open. There had not been any incident of a sharp object tearing the boot. Its just from wear. Super disappointed in this brand that touts itself as for farmers. Would expect something more durable than a boot that only lasts one season.

I wear a size 10.5 typically, but the 10 Medium fits perfectly. Bought these for gardening and walking the dogs in rain/early morning dew. I hate wet socks, and they keep my feet dry. Not too hot, either, but were just getting into full spring here.

Great little spring boots, comfortable. Allows me to walk through slush and puddles.

Great height on the ankle boot, true to size, perfect for quick on/off on mucky days! Would like better arch support for all-day yard work

Love these boots. Easy on/off and they've kept my feet dry through Vancouver BC winter slush and unusually heavy California rain. Great addition to my foul weather footwear collection.

Great for rain. Fits snug as it should size is good. Can. Fit a thick sock

I cannot recommend these boots highly enough. They are comfy. A 9 is a little larger than other 9s but I like them a little roomy. The toe box is large enough so your foot isnt squished in there.
