These are very comfortable shoes, even with the stock insoles (I have special insoles for plantar fasciitis). The colors are subtle and the style is nice. The problem I have is the laces. They are super stretchy cord-type laces, meaning they are difficult to tighten and when I tighten them, there is a ridiculously long trail of cord sticking off the top of my foot. I don't know what to do with it. Right now I tie a knot in it and tuck (you can't tie them like a regular lace) but I might end up cutting them and burning the ends. It looks very difficult to find any replacements or be able to cram a new cord into the tiny holes.

Everyone talked about the laces for these. They are actually very similar to those that triathletes sometimes use so that running shoes can be easily slipped on and cinched. I trimmed mine. Here's how you do it: 1) Adjust them for the maximum you'll need to remove them, 2) Take them off, 3) Using a paperclip, press the tiny, little tab at the end of the laces to open up the cover, 4) Mark where you want to make your cut, 5) Pull the cover toward the shoe and away from the mark, 6) Tie it off - I wound mine very tightly with a needle and thread, 7) Trim the laces and use a little heat to melt the synthetic to keep them from fraying, 8) Pull the cover back in place and close it. It may seem complicated, but it's actually quite simple. Regarding the laces themselves, they are very thin. Sometimes I need my laces a little tight and feel them cutting into the top of my foot through the shoe itself. With that said I have to wear the laces a little loose. Even with that, they are still more comfortable and offer more support than the Asics, Brooks and Saucony running shoes I've worn the past couple years.

Wonderful shoes. Great arch. For those wrestling with size, I am a solid EU 37 (US 6.5 in sandals and US 7 in sneakers). I went with EU 38 (7 US) and fit is good but without any extra room (so these shoes are on the short side). Suggest you err on half size larger.

I love them so much! Perfect arch support for plantar fasciitis. My feet don’t hurt after work my 13 hour shift.

this was my first pair of Vionics but it will not be my last. Incredibly comfortable and supportive. Nice and snug, which is not always easy to find for a slip on sneaker given my narrow foot. Yet I suspect these would also fit a wider foot as the laces are a little loose on me so I guess they probably stretch out for a wide foot. I got the bluebell color which I love. Goes with everything, but also pops.

Love Vionic shoes. This style is perfect for someone taking care of infants and toddlers. The slip on sneaker is secure, and there is no risk of a lace coming loose or the shoe slipping off. The style is comfortable enough to play on the floor and crawl after a baby, without any fabric or laces digging into your foot. Besides that, this black sneaker, with a pop of color, is cute, versatile and comfortable.

Shoe a little felt big all over, probably due to the nature of being a slip on shoe. I couldn't get a secure feeling fit. It's not for me.

I have severe pain in the arch on one foot. I have a pair of Vionic flip flops & decided to buy the sneakers. Please do what they recommend & only wear them for an hour or so each day in the beginning because they basically realign your foot & ankle. I am so happy I bought these. They do not have ventilation so my feet do get hot wearing socks by the end of the day. I had to get used to no laces, but I will buy them again

Shoe seems well made. My problem is how pointy the toe box is. Length in the middle is fine but they squeeze my big and little toes. Surprising the shape of the toe box given the involvement of podiatrists with this brand. Going longer wouldn’t fix the issue for me as they are already a bit loose in the rest of the shoe.

I wanted to love these but like a lot of shoes the top of the toe bed is too short so I put them on and my big toe hits the top of the shoe. Length is fine but not the height of the shoes around the toe, so in a short time my big toe would have put a hole in the top of the shoe. I don't understand why so many shoes make it so tight on top of the toe.

All the fit was fine. It was the design of the lacing of the shoe that I did not like. It would have been difficult to change the lace if I wanted different color or they wore out. There were no instructions on how to remove them.

Does NOT allow the foot to breathe. Not even a little. The entire interior is made of that neoprene/wetsuit material. No ventilation. (The outside of the shoe is very misleading.) After an hour or so, your foot will be soggy and hot. Aside from that, the shoe runs a little small. I'm a regular seven. (Not a 6/12 or 7/12.) My toes hit the end.
