I have these in black. The white part of the sole shows around the edge and I would prefer that it was black also, but I tried another similar pair of solid black and found that these were more comfortable.

These are really cute, but not as comfy as I had hoped for, they press my foot and become uncomfortable after walking short distances.

While these sandals are incredibly cute, the footbed is incredibly hard. I was surprised with how hard they were because I usually find such great arch support with all Vionic shoes. I was disappointed to have to return them because I was looking for a new summer sandal!

These are super stylish but too hard of a sole for my plantar fasciitis.

I wanted these slides and waited eagerly for their arrival. After buying the Val Mirage slides in brown and loving them, color, fit, comfort, all. No black were available at the time so I bought the demi croc slide. The part that goes across my foot was too loose. There was elastic on the sides to help hold them on your feet but the strap, being so loose, never pulled on the elastic part and I walked right out of them! I returned them and looking for the Val Mirage in black, size 6-6 1/2 medium. The ones without the ridiculous looking white sole! Bionics I'm trying to increase their "fan" base are appealing to the people with hefty feet and the ones with regular feet (or skinny feet) can't keep them on their feet without glue or Velcro. My feet aren't skinny (6' 51/2" 150 lbs) but they're not "hefty" either. I've read so many reviews lately about this same issue in other styles. I've worn avionics for over ten yrs now and never had this problem. I know you can't make everybody happy but making different widths available would help.

I am devoted to vionic and I know not every purchase is a home run. This particular shoe just didn't have enough support for me.

I found very little arch support in these shoes. They cradle my foot nicely, but they are almost too wide and unwieldy to walk in.

I wanted this shoe to work as well for me as other Vionic shoes, but it was all wrong: The sole is narrow and since I pronate, the inside of my arch rolled over the edge of the sole. Also, the post that should go between the big toe and second toe is located too centrally and pressed very uncomfortably into my second toe. Lastly, the straps being puffy top and underside is not flattering.
