As cute S these shoes are, they simply are not comfortable because of the tab that runs up the back. They cut into my heel and are very painful. This is a rarity for VIONICS but they just aren't comfortable.

Unfortunately these were not my favorite Vionic shoes. Even though they're a ballet flat, you could see my toes through the shoe leather. Also, there didn't seem to be enough coverage to keep the shoe on. Most unusual for a Vionic shoe since they take such care with fit and comfort. This one just wasn't for me, but possibly a great shoe for someone else.

Apparently this shoe runs small. Very uncomfortable.

The support is great but there is not much shoe. The top of the shoe is thin so my big toe "sticks out"

I purchased this shoe in blue and in white, along with two other pair of Vionic shoes, which I have always loved. Unfortunately, these had no structure, which is why there was so much stuffing of paper, cardboard rods to hold them in shape in the box.

After 3 wears, the toe leather of these came off in chunks. Had to use Mole skins at the heels because they rubbed blisters.

These shoes are smaller to fit and are not as comfortable as my other Vionic.

I ordered a 6.5 as I wear this size in other flats. It was a little tight getting the shoe on and I'm sure it could get softer with wear. However, the arch felt a little hard compared to the Alexa flat. I ended up returning this one and keeping the Alexa.

The arch support was too far back. Hurt my plantar fasciitis which I buy Vionics to live with. They were very cute. I would have loved to add them to my wardrobe, but not meant for my feet

Just got these as a final sale. The backs are so funky and cuts weird into the foot. Also, like other reviews said, it is thin material. The biggest problem is the fact that the shoes are most definitely not leather as advertised. Vionic shoes use to be made out leather and quality materials and it's such a shame they are now using cheaper materials and charging the same prices as they always have.

Disappointed.generally have liked the support Vionics gives to entire foot especially arch support but these were not supportive at all. Fabric over shoe very thin, no arch support and small round heel that is very uncomfortable. Very disappointed in the lack of quality and support of these shoes.

I almost exclusively wear Vionics and know the brand is one that fits me well. This pair was a disappointing exception. The material is flimsy, and the back of the shoe doesn't come up high enough to stay on my feet when I walk.

It's not clear from the photos, but the Callisto shoe "body" is made from incredibly flimsy and thin leather or pleather. It's quite literally less substantive than an actual ballet slipper. Although the shoe length and width were just fine (= not too small), I could literally see the toenails on my big toes pushing up the leather/pleather on top of the shoe. In addition, the only part of the shoe body with more structure - the support up the back of the shoe over the heel - weirdly rubbed against my ankle in a way that was uncomfortable. The shoe looks cheap, would almost certainly NOT be durable, and is profoundly uncomfortable. The sizing for the shoe is probably pretty conventional - I wouldn't say it ran large or small. It's genuinely just a horrible material and design.

These shoes are so cute and have such fun available colors that I ordered 2 pairs. Unfortunately I returned them today because of two issues. The tab that makes up the heel is not high enough in the back and cuts into my heel. The heel design accentuates the placement of the arch support which is too close to the back of the heel. I'm not sure if the arch support placement would be better if the heel of the shoe didn't push your foot forward because of the design. But, both issues made it quite uncomfortable for me and I had to return. The return process is annoying because you need to have your order number on a separate page than the order. It would be nice if you could just click on the order without having to write down the order number and then go to returns and enter it.

Purchased these wanted flat shoes so bad, sad caused corns an could hardly walk in them.Wish they came in wide maybe the arch would feel better an much more comfortable too wear .Be careful, would not recommend if not wide in size .

I have bought almost every Vionic ballet flat and loved them. There is something wrong with the placement of the arch. Not my comfortable Vionic flat! They are going back. So disappointed!

Just got in the mail I'm a teacher so I had high hopes. Size 11 the arch support is in the heal :( sending back

I ordered these flat shoes in two different sizes , but could not wear either of them . They were so uncomfortable that I had to take them off straight away. I have sent them back.

I purchased the Callisto flat in 9.5M. The length and width were fine and the leather soft. Great looking shoe BUT the arch of the shoe is located a full inch closer to the heel than it should be. The arch literally begins an inch under the heel. It is as though the shoe was designed for a size 6 and all they did was lengthen the shoe for larger sizes without adjusting the location of the arch proportionally for a longer foot. I didn't even have the shoe on for a minute before realizing it was not ever going to be comfortable and returned the shoes. I tried walking in them and the discomfort was instantaneous. The features of my feet are typical for their size. I have never had the arch of any shoes I have purchased ever fit so very poorly.

Very uncomfortable fun narrow. Hurt when walking. Rub cause corns...do not recommend
