I bought the black one this past spring - it is now faded brown due to sweat and sun exposure. My absolute favorite hat. I have a big head and this hat is on the last 2 snaps, but fits fine. Most truckers don't fit well. Well done, OR.

Bought the gray one first, then this one. Good one two combo. Didn't experience previous generations, but I thought these were great hats. I have a big head and wear it with only 2/3 buttons. Friends have a laugh at that, but doesn't bother me.

I use this hat every other week when my hair gets a little long. Love the snapback as it fits me according to my hair growth.

Great looking trucker style hat. Very comfortable, you know what you get with a trucker hat. The negatives: shipping the hat, I received the hat in a plastic bag with a thin cardboard supporting the front of the hat, this meant my hat arrived with some indentations and bends in the hat. Not a problem for me as I love the beat up hat look, but I would worry if I bought a higher-end hat or flat brim. I would not want a nicer hat to arrive like that. Second negative, this hat gets dirty quick, yes a white hat obviously will get dirty, but this hat seems to attract dirt and won’t brush off. Again, not a problem if you like the beat up hat look, but the white won’t stay bright for long. For these two reasons I dropped one star. I will add some starch to the front to try and keep it from getting dirty so fast.

I have been wearing this hat almost daily since it arrived. It has quickly become one of my favorite hats: doesn't retain heat in the sun and doesn't chill my head when it's wet. My one caution is that it is rather large. I have a medium-sized head, and it looks okay if I wear it relatively loose, but tightening it any more than than 3 snaps causes the top to bulge out wider than the crown, making it less than ideal for people with larger heads or those who like a snug fit.

Orange hat has a red brim. Looks obvious now in photo but I thought it was the shadowing that made it look darker. Just a heads up because I don’t like a two toned hat.

Have used these hats for the past 3 years as a guide, loved every single one of them. Ordered a new one in all black and was surprised to say the least when I got it. No more 110 flex and it seems like the material on the bill and front panel are less sturdy as well based on touch. Time will tell if this hat holds up, but for now it fits fine, just disappointed that OR decided to skimp out on quality. I'll be taking my money somewhere else next time.

These use to be my favorite hats when OR used the Flexfit 110 hats. The quality and fit on the hats back then was much better than they are now. The fit on these newer hats is not good, and they seem cheaper and flimsy.

The description of this hat states it's made in Vietnam. The tags on the hat show it's made in China. I've been making an effort not to purchase things made in China due to their well known history of forced labor, child labor, and total disregard for the environment. If I would have known this was made in China I never would have purchased it.

Purchased 5 or so hats from OR from 2015 through 2018ish. All 110 flex fit, all still being worn today, granted my advocate hats are tattered and torn which is to be expected with something worn literally daily for years upon years. The "new" style hat I purchased in 2022 (not a 110 flex fit) is already dead. Ordered another, and it almost seems cheaper yet. Bummer...

I wanted to buy this hat but was turned off by the other reviewers commenting that the quality has declined and the hat is no longer the 110 flex. Fix it OR!

I have 2 of the advocate / dirtbag trucker hats.. They used to use a 110 flex fit, now they just feel cheap. If they bring back the 110 flex, I'd be happy to continue to buy these..

Have had a number of Advocate hats through the years. Seems as of recently OR has changed the vendor that supplies these. Older version was 110 flexfit were as newer one is just generic. I have had two of the newer versions and both seemed noticeably cheaper in quality and had crooked patch placement. Shame because these were my go to summer hats each season.

Previous customer's review is spot on. All the OR tech truckers I use to love ordering were 110 Flexfit style inside. The new generic style is very inferior. I have literally like 7 or so of the various older model OR truckers with the Flexfit 110 construction inside. Since the switch I have not and will not buy anymore. Keep checking the website to see if it's been brought back but it has not.
