Beautiful shoe! Well made and no need to break in! I am on my feet all day at work and have no pain or blisters on my feet. That is amazing and I am so happy with this purchase. This will be my go to for new flats in the future!

Super comfortable shoes, I did get some blisters on the back of my feet and toes, so they aren't MAGICAL shoes, however, they are incredibly comfortable after a brief wear in period. I can wear these all day now and have 0 issues with my feet cramping up or being uncomfortable.

These flat are beautiful and so comfortable! Perfect for work and play. The point is just enough to elongate the leg, but not so long that it catches when you walk. The inner sole cushioning is incredibly comfortable. Thank you for making such a wonderful shoe!

I've been looking for a classic black ballet flat for a while and this was it! It took me a few tries to get the right fit but the customer service I experienced was great. I am usually a 7 and took a 37.5M. I am still breaking in my shoes but so far, no pain and the quality feels amazing. I am thinking about getting the blush pink next!!

I was slow on purchasing these shoes, because I have a lot of toe cleavage that I don't like to show off, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money on shoes that may not fit the bill. It's a struggle to find shoes that provide adequate coverage, but these shoes surpassed my expectations! They fit like a glove, they are so comfortable, and this shoe provides the seamless silhouette I have been looking for in a flat. All of that, plus the shoe has the ability to elevate any look you have in your closet. I am so happy to have bought these shoes; they are simply wonderful!

They fit immediately and have been comfortable ever since initial wearing - no painful break-in period. It's a substantial shoe; feels more like a flat pair of heels than a traditional unstructured flat. I'll buy more.

This review is mostly about customer service. I ordered this shoe in the size recommended to me based on the Find Your Fit quiz and they were too short. The exchange process was incredibly easy to get a half size larger it took a bit longer than I'm used to, but Amazon has spoiled me. The next pair was too tight in the toe box. Upon e-mailing customer service for advice, they told me to try the same size but in a wide because the wide changes the toe box but not the heel width. I am very grateful that they did this as I am a recently graduated student and these shoes were already a splurge and cannot afford the custom Margaux shoes. This third pair is perfect and every single exchange was relatively seamless and Margaux covered *all* of the shipping back and forth. The shoes are stunning and I'm so glad to have gotten them! They look very smart & professional and are immensely comfortable now that I have found the right size!

Every pair of shoes I've ever owned has rubbed at my heels or over my toes and I was sick of it. So, I figured I'd take my chances, and I ordered a pair of the custom cacao pointes. I've worn them three days in a row - straight out of the box. They're perfect. Very very happy!

I found this shoe to be true to size. I got the black with the bow. It's a gorgeous, classic shoe that was comfortable straight out of the box.
