These shoes are stylish, but uncomfortable. I returned them immediately.

Just too tight in the toes for my problem feet. Women with regular feet (no bunions, hammertoes) will probably find these comfortable and the heel height is manageable and cushioning is good for a heel. I think they run small. I usually wear a 10 and I still had trouble slipping into the size 41.

The shoe is beautiful but the toe-box is small. They are wearable, but certainly not for the day-long wear suggested in the ads.

These shoes in Burgundy gorgeous, a rich, deep, blood red that I often seem to spot on well-dressed women but can never find myself. I just can't seem to work out the fit. They are beautifully designed and well cushioned for comfort, but the fit . . . . My foot is narrow. I buy a lot of Naturalizer shoes in narrow, and also Ecco shoes, which run narrow. I generally wear a 9, but occasionally and 8.5. After trying the Classic (flats) in 9 and 8.5 before Margaux ran out of them Burgundy, I tried the Heel in 8.5. These managed to be still slightly too long, slipping off my heel a bit when walked in them, but simultaneously beginning to feel slightly too tight in the toe box! I am exchanging them for an a 8.0 - a size I haven't worn since I was in junior high. Crossing my fingers I will be able to get a good fit, because they're dynamite-looking and I want a pair I can keep!

I can appreciate how the design of this shoe is appealing to those of us who desire a dress shoe that can actually be worn by women who spend long amounts of time on their feet. However, the lack of arch support and footbed cushioning takes away from the total comfort.

The shoes are fine but not as comfortable as advertised. They are ok but I don't love them and for these prices I wanted to love them.

I love The Heel, but it doesn't love me back. My right foot is a 38M while my left foot is a 37.5M but ONLY in this shoe (depending on the Margaux style, I range from a 38M (The Boot) to 38.5M (The Pointe) to 39M (The Sandal)), and at this time, Margaux doesn't offer custom sizes for The Heel. I will say that if you're fortunate enough to be able to wear the same size on both feet in this style, it is a beautiful and comfortable shoe.

The color was beautiful. I hope the slipping off the back of the heel stops with wear. This does make it difficult to walk in the shoes for a complete 8 hours. I did have to switch to a different shoe after 4 hours.

I would have given these cute shoes 5 stars had it not been suggested that they run big. I find them to be very true to size.

Too tight in ball of foot

Love this heel. They look great and fit well. I had trouble only after I wore them over an hour or so. The toe area of the shoe tended to push down on my toes and it became pretty painfull after a while. I did not have this issue wit the flats. It's too bad because I really like the shoe!

These were absolutely beautiful shoes and I would’ve loved them but the were SO narrow. I have medium width feet that if anything are in the narrower side and I’ve never had a shoe be too narrow for me but these were. Completely bizarre.

Such Beautiful shoes in size 10.5W. Too tight even in wide. I am crushed since I loved them so much I ordered different sizes from another vendor in every size I felt might fit. No, they were all too narrow and the 10 1/2W flopped up and down on both feet due to the shoe’s large heel area. I feel the sizing is hit or miss, or miss altogether. Returned.

10.5W black suede Shoes obviously scuffed and abused/worn/? Upon opening box. Tried sending photos of poor condition but I guess my MB was not correct to transfer. Sorry.

Cute shoe, but very narrow cut.

pretty shoe but not good for my feet. heel slipped so much I walked out of shoe with each step. Toe hit my foot in wrong place so was very uncomfortable. I have a very low arch so tried to add an insert but it did not help. Open toe shoes and boots seem to work best for me.

These are really comfortable and attractive shoes. Unfortunately, they are very loud. They squeak so loud, it's embarrassing. These would be everyday shoes, but each time I grab for them, I think about the squeak.
