Nice soft shoe with good arch support, but had given me blisters on the heels every time I have work them. Not soft enough at the back.

Cute shoe. The back of the shoe is elastic an for me it moves too much. I did keep them and wear to work. It is just an odd feeling

Bought this shoe a couple of months ago. Have worn it only once, so need to wear a little more which I intend to do. Easy to put on and go.

I love the style but these run a half size too small which makes the arch completely off.

The product is great! I normally wear a size 10 but these are running smaller. Can you make 1/2 size for 10.5? Also can we get them in regular tones such as brown grey or blue

I received my order this week. Though the other shoes I ordered were great this one not so much. The support was good but the fit wasn't. They were too short and a little tight. I wore them to work 2 days and returned with a blister in my heal. The quality of the leather appears great and I have to say that customer service made it very easy to return.

This shoe is pretty. I have worn it 3 times however this shoe is painful. The arch support doesn't support my heel spur neither my arch. Arch support in this particular shoe left grooves on the bottom of my foot. Hope to try another style flat that feels better and pretty like this shoe.

run small - I generally love my VIONIC flats but these (mostly because of the elastic) run small.

I loved the look of these shoes when they arrived. However, the back was like a knife digging into my heel. Maybe they would have gotten more comfortable over time but they weren't inexpensive so I couldn't take a chance. Sadly I returned them.

I saw reviews weren't great but I thought I might like them anyway as I have never NOT liked a pair of Vionics. Unfortunately these were the first. The soles felt like stiff board. They were sent right back.

The arch support is great but the back of the shoe keeps falling down under my heel. That makes it uncomfortable to walk around. It is great if you are just sitting.

I'm a high school science teacher and I purchased these last spring hoping they would help ease my foot pain from walking around all day. I heard that Vionics were great and are worn by several teachers I work with so I decided to take the plunge. I wore them for a couple of months and then maybe once or twice this summer. They are SUPER comfortable and I got tons of compliments. School started back Monday and yesterday the sole started separating from the shoe. I hot glued it because I kept tripping but since these are my only comfortable work shoes I will have to wear them until I can order a new pair...from a different brand.

Did not work for me. Can't say they were uncomfortable because they did not fit!

I have been waiting on a soft black leather flat without the childish bow. I waited years for these and the design is off. The arch doesn't hit my foot like any of my other Vionic shoes and I had them in less than an hour at work and had terrible blisters because of the way the arch hit making my feet slide. Soooo sad! They are absolutely beautiful, just uncomfortable and had to return them.

This shoe is very narrow and runs small. The insert is not removable.

I typically love Vionic shoes, but these are just awkward. I do have slightly narrow feet, and typically run in between sizes (6 & 6.5). I ordered 2 sizes and went with the larger 6.5 as I felt I needed it for length. After wearing one time, they have started slipping off my heel. The arch on these are awkward as well, to the point I will never wear again. I wish I had returned both pairs because now I will be donating the one I kept and wore only once.

The shoes fit but I sent them back. They were not comfortable and the heel was weird. My foot fell off of the heal when I walked.

I was surprised that the insoles weren't removable. The shoes were tight on my foot and the position of the arch didn't fit well so had to return.

I love this shoe. However I always wear a 9M in Vionic. these shoes are at least one full size to small. So small, I actually looked at the box to make sure it was really a 9!!! I have ordered a 10!!! to replace the 9 because I love them. I just hope it works.

They are uncomfortable in arch area. It pressed on foot

This shoe is not navy. If you need a true navy shoe you will be sorely disappointed by this teal shoe.

I bought this shoe a month ago. The heel is to loose and the fit is terrible. I wish I could send them back. However. I did wear them out and could not keep them on my heels.

I ordered these a few months ago but have never been able to wear them. Vionics are my shoe of choice so i was surprised when these were too tight and too uncomfortable to wear. I have tried to "break them in" by wearing around the house but with no success. I would not recommend buying these in your usual size. Buy at least a size larger. I love Vionic shoes but this style disappoints.
