I used to be a diehard Jambu fan, but this is my second return in a row. The tow box feels narrower, even as the heel slips, and the flat brown of the fake leather is nothing on the rich tones of the real thing. I'm still wearing an old pair I bought five years ago, and I guess I'll stick with them.

What is going on with JBU shoes lately? I've worn JBU, J-sport, and Jambu shoes for several years, and suddenly they seem to be sizing differently and made differently. I ordered a wide, but it was only wide (indeed, extra big) in the strap, not the ball of the foot. They are also too short. The shoes are a beautiful brown, but the sizing is all wrong compared to past JBU shoes. And I've noticed they seem to be using different materials for the top of the show than they used to as well.

Pros: The insole feels really soft and comfortable, the blue color is really cute and goes with everything Cons: The t-strap that runs along the top of my foot doesn't lie flat and looks dumb. Conclusion: I'm returning and trying a Mary Jane style because they seem like a good, comfortable shoe for work.

These are lovely! Comfortable and true to size and really SO cute. One thing to note: I found the tread a bit slippery on wood floors. Sadly, I have to return these because I have extremely flat feet and my foot just didn't look great in this shoe (b/c inside of my foot sort of "hung out" of the open part of the inside of the shoe). Super sad I can't keep them!

I was looking for something cute, lite and comfortable to run errands and everyday activities. When these came in the mail, I tried them on with a thin pair of cotton socks. I probably won’t always wear socks though. They fit great and are really comfortable. They are really cute looking too and I would definitely buy again. I wear a 7.5 wide and went up to an 8 and I am glad I did. Just love them.

True to color and size. They are very comfortable shoes to dress up or just a casual day in the park. Love them!

These would have worked for me if there was any adjustability in the hook & loop closure. However the strap could not be tightened enough to snug the shoe on my foot. So sad, because I really liked the style.

I need good arch support and a fairly stiff metatarsal area (not a bendable shoe front to back). These are also loose across the front of my foot. Velcro closure doesn't allow tight enough adjustment. Memory foam sole sounds nice but flattens to nothingness. Basically, JBU aren't for me. I tried about 7 different styles. All went back.

Cute and comfortable! The rise on the back of the heel is a bit higher than I usually like, but it is nicely padded and so far hasn't caused any blisters.

I needed an active sandal and this is exactly what I needed. The color was true they had little lace cutouts on the top they are kind of a supportive Orthopedic type shoe only a bit more stylish than the clunky orthopedic shoes. So it worked well for me. It does what I needed it to do Provide support while out walking for long periods of time

I have narrow feet so I knew they might not fit, and they didn't. It isn't the shoe's fault! I think they are very pretty so I was hoping they would fit, but they don't. I would buy these again if they came in Narrow.

Fit perfectly. Love the color truly pops !!

Feel a little roomy but that might be good in hot weather. I like the leather tooling.

These were a little tight on my size-8 foot -- perhaps my feet have gotten bigger with the pandemic

Oh I wanted to love these shoes so much! The color blue is gorgeous and the style looks good on my foot too! But unfortunately I must have a narrow foot that just doesn't work well with this type of strap. The strap is short and does not adjust as snuggly as some of my other JBU styles that have a long narrow strap across the instep. Darn will be be sending this back with much regret.

Had to wear them a few times to see if the memory foam worked for me felt like too much gel inside . Happy to say after 4 wearing all good!

Darling shoe! The top strap is an adjustable but did not adjust close enough to my instep to keep my heel in the shoe. Sadly, returning.

Cute shoes. I like having a closed toe for cycling in the summer. I usually wear a 6.5 C and but ordered the 6.5 regular, based on my experience with this brand. They are a little snug up front, but I think they will be a good fit once they are broken in.

Size 8 was too tight in the toe box but fit fine everywhere else, size 8.5 was too large overall. Makes me sad, as these shoes are beautiful and looked like they would be comfortable aside from issues with toe box width

I tried the wide first and it didn’t fit right at all. Exchanged it for the medium. That was too tight in the toe area for me. The shoes seemed to be scraping on the top of my foot uncomfortably.

These shoes are NOT VEGAN. This is the second time the product description has led me to try them, and return them. The label inside the shoe clearly indicates LEATHER. The JBU website also does not designate these as vegan. Zappos, change the description.

Love the style of the shoe. However the webbing on the top of shoe rubbed on my toes and bunion. My feet are hard to fit. Due to surgeries on both. It was painful to walk in them around the house after receiving them. I wanted them to work for me because the footbed was very completely and as I stated love the styling and color of the sandal. Needless to stay I had to return them.
