Unable to I get the shoe tight enough.

These shoes were comfortable from the first time I wore them. I bought them for a trip to drive across the country, visit (not hike) national parks, walk in the city, and eat out. They took me everywhere! they were the only shoes I needed! Very light arch support.

Love these shoes. I think the back is a cut a little wide, but I can adjust the strap, so they fit well.

Cute and comfy. Jambu and JBU shoes vary greatly in sizing.

Couldn't get the shoe tight enough to fit. On this same shoe, but a few years ago, the strap allowed you to make it much tighter for more narrow feet.

I own 6 pair of JBU sandals. I have a wide foot with a high arch ! When I find a shoe that’s the most comfortable, I keep on buying them ! Thanks JBU

Unable to tighten shoes To fit.

After sending back two pairs of Jambus (which were too narrow in the toe box and too wide in the heel), these fit perfectly. The material has the elegance of leather, the flower pattern has subtle charm, and like most Jambus, they support my feet for miles and miles. The only drawback is that the synthetic insoles make my feet sweat, but I can cope with that.

I love JBU shows and am always looking for new styles. I have a narrow foot so the strap really helps to keep them on and make them comfortable for me. These were a little wide for me but I made them work and love the style

Heel slippage. Rather wide sides

The heel slips even going down a size because the design of the strap does not hold your feet from sliding forward. But the style is lovely, very flattering.

Love the style & memory foam foot bed. And, wide enough for size medium, but need more height in toe box.

I had as pair of these shoes from a few years ago and I love them. Unfortunately the back of the shoe is much wider and the sizing is too large. I bought the shoe in a small size.

Super cute but unfortunately they did not work for my flat feet....very sad to have to return them.

They were wide. Just made my skinny foot look terrible.

Comfortable as soon as I put them on. Style cute and sometimes I need wide but not with these.

These are so cute, too bad the cut was just wrong for my foot. I so wanted this shoe to work out for me. Bummed.

I really like these shoes but not wearing them until spring. Everywhere I looked they were almost sold out and I couldn’t try them on so ordered them from Zappos! It was a great idea as they were cheaper here than elsewhere!

I haven’t worn these shoes yet, waiting on spring, but the feel great. I usually wear 7 1/2 but ordered an 8 and they fit comfortably although the strap is just a tad big. I’ll have to fasten it snugly. This brand is new to me but this shoe was sold out in numerous other stores I this purchase was one of the last few pairs still at Zappos. I look forward to wearing them.

Fantastic shoe! Comfortable right out of the box, as is normally the case with Jambu/JBU. Already my summer favorite.

I wanted an airy, closed toe summer shoe and that is what I got. It feels a little wider than I am used to but my feet tend to swell a bit in the summer. Comfortable to walk in with no rubbing.

I need good arch support and a fairly stiff metatarsal area (not a bendable shoe front to back). These are also loose across the front of my foot. Velcro closure doesn't allow tight enough adjustment. Memory foam sole sounds nice but flattens to nothingness. Basically, JBU aren't for me. I tried about 7 different styles. All went back.

I wear a women's size 8. These shoes did not feel like a size 8. Just didn't fit right. Wanted more support.
