The shoes were really nice looking but they were too big. I usually wear an 8 but these were too wide, too large in length, and the straps sat above my foot. They could not be adjusted to fit closer to my foot. I love Jambo shoes and I am sorry they did not fit.

The fit was good and they were comfortable BUT they made a VERY loud noise when walking. I have never had this noise with Jambu or JBU shoes before so perhaps it is related to the Relax Foam Insole which I have never had before. I personally cannot tolerate the noise so am returning these sandals.

I've been trying to find a decent blue summer shoe that either has excellent arch support or can support my orthotics. Like this color and simple (not flowery) style. But while these have good cushioning, there is little arch support. When I added my orthotic, my heel didn't stay in the shoe and because the straps cross away from the ankle, I couldn't snug down my heel. Returned with regret.

I love all my other Jambus, but my Mary Janes finally needed replacing. They didn't have the same style so I had to buy this one with the cross-over straps which are not as cute. I got bad blisters from these but they are OK in that department now as long as I don't walk too much. However, the BIG problem is the squeaking!! All my Jambus squeak and it is really embarrassing. This pair is by far the worst. I haven't had them that long but cannot wear them anymore because of the noise. It breaks my heart to go to another brand because Jambus are are usually SO comfortable and cute.

These feel true to size, but had no arch support to speak of. And - as has been mentioned before - these squeak. A lot. Enough to be humorous. I didn't let the reviews turn me off, because I have multiple insoles. My orthotic insole made my foot sit too high in the shoe, and the shoe rubbed against the top of my foot. I used a thinner insole, but that after a short time wearing, too. I wanted to like the shoes, but had to return them.

Other reviews mentioned the squeaky insole. These insoles are VERY squeaky (seriously, did they not have someone wear them before they started selling them?). But I have orthotics and extra insoles, so I thought I'd give them a try. My orthotics raise my foot too much - and the sandal rubbed the top of my right toes. I used a thinner insole and I thought we were good to go - but after wearing them for a little while the rubbing came back. This is also a very stiff shoe. I really like the look of the sandal, but they went back.

shoe was very cute but the squeaky insole was horrible. no way could I walk with that noise. The material also was not as soft as other similar styles I have had in the past. unfortunately they are going back.

The fit was fine but the seams inside the shoes were very painful. I sent them back immediately.

I liked these shoes but the left shoe squeaked a lot! Couldn't live with the squeak.

Don't use the "exchange" option. Simply order the alternate size and do a straight return on the original pair. After deciding on an alternate style, and returning both the original and the exchange, I am not certain that Zappo's will ever get the refund processed. They have had possession of both pairs for weeks

I love these shoes. I really do…but they squeak terribly. I can’t wear them out in public, so they are sadly and reluctantly unworn and living in my closet.
